Dust Plus Cleaning and Carpet Care, Grants Pass OR

Carpet was cleaned and repaired. Dust Plus saved us from having to replace two rooms of carpet. Carpet looked brand new when they were finished. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Casey did a fantastic job of stretching my carpet, and he is the only one I found who performs that service in my area. The carpet
was buckled in numerous places and causing a tripping hazard. He was thoughtful in his approach to the problem and quickly handled it at a very reasonable price. I absolutely recommend his services.

Casey provided window cleaning service. He was on time and provided excellent service. We will use him again as the need arises.

Called Dust Plus to inquire about carpet stretching and Casey answered the phone promptly and professionally and scheduled a time for an estimate. He was right on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable about the carpet issues. He provided a reasonable estimate and was confident he could take care of it the next day. He again showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to remove all the carpet bubble issues and the carpet looked great when he was done! We will have Dust Plus back for carpet cleaning and I sincerely reccomend their services.

Casey went above and beyond the service requested. He did a great job cleaning and re-stretching my carpet. He made repairs neither of us thought could be done all the while being patient while my kids inquired about his work. He even let one of the kiddos help lol. The guy is very knowledgeable and gave me valuable advice. Definitely recommend his service.

Casey was kind enough to come visit and assess the damage. He told me honestly what he could and couldn't do for me he based pricing on what he I knew he could do. The pricing was fair service was fast and he was kind. He gave me options and dignity he never made fun of what he saw in my home which was to be frank a mess after a bug issue. He simply said: "Im here to help" and he did just that. Highly recommend got great service and I'm planning on using them again in 6 months

Horrible company, they sent me an invoice for 140 and nothing was even cleaned. When I try to call them with questions of course no one answer.
