Dutch Bros, Newport OR

Always gets my drinks right and makes sure I'm take care I of very friendly and awesome customer service only place to get coffee

Drinks were OK. The staff was really nice, but the card readers were not working well at all. Going to go again, of course, as it is very close proximity to the beach rental we are at. I haven't tried any other coffee shops in Newport so I don't really have anything to compare them to yet.

Would be five stars, but for some reason the company is still not accepting cash due to a so-called change shortage. Rules unfortunate that I have to go to other places when I don't have a credit card on hand. Other than that coffee always tastes great and the service is definitely always friendly and quick.

Being a Dutch Bros customer for over 20 years while living in Grants Pass.
All locations were friendly and always consistant in their coffee drinks.
Made a move to Oregon coast a year ago and can not get a consistant tasting coffee. Given water tasting drinks is so bad and then not even a sorry from employees when telling them they made a mistake.

Coming from a small town where we have 3 max baristas working our dutch, having 5 and having to wait as long as we did was crazy. Also, neither one of our drinks taste anything like anything except espresso the one guy who took our order, however, was friendly as he was the only one who talked to us, we are used to much much more interactive baristas from the whole bunch.

Dutch Bros ought to have a JR and SR drive thrust, would net more SR money if a more mature barista was servicing.

Always fun upbeat baristas and excellent drinks. I'm hooked on their cranberry orange muffin tops as well.

Fast service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. There was a long line of cars, so several employees came out of the building to take orders. They were polite and efficient. We visited on vacation and had a nice conversation with one of the employees at the window. Short wait and great drinks, a win-win!

What can I say it's Dutch Bros. The people are very friendly and they make you feel like they've known each other for years.

Love Dutch Brothers! Great coffee! Gives me the lift I need. Clean. Fast. Smiling faces. No mistakes. I love the card stamp for free coffee! So much better than Starbucks! My new coffee place!

First off I LOVE Dutch Bros & have been to many in different towns, but this one was absolutely horrible both times we were there. The wait was ridiculous & our blended Rebels didn't tast good @ all.

Customer service at this location was really unprofessional (awkward questions asked by the crew working the window.trying to be too familiar with customers). The line to get the coffee was longer than it should have been considered there seemed to be tons of staff but staff was chatting with each other vs assisting customers. I do not plan to go back to this Dutch Bros.

Ok so usually I am in love with Dutch Bros! BUT. The service at the one in Newport was absolutely horrible. The gals at the window in our line sat and chitchatted with their friend forever while the line was backing up behind us. If we could have gotten out of line and went somewhere else we would have.

Great service, got coffee just the way I wanted it. Really like the customer service at this one.

Yummy and puts the ump in my day that I need some days more than others, try the 911 blended. If you need extra energy works wonders

Spokane loved our coffee treats when visiting Newport. Coffee was delicious! Staff was friendly, esp Whalen. On our list of " A MUST' when ever we visit the area. Great location!

GREAT. There drinks are amazing there employees are amazing and everything about here if you looking to have a nice cold or hot drink come here.
