Dutch Bros Coffee reviews
14I have always enjoyed Dutch Bros the coffee is wonderful and consistent, but more importantly the staff at every one I have been to in three states are friendly, upbeat and don't have their noses up in the air like one place in particular.
There was confusion on what I was asking for. (Used to a different location) What they made was amazing. Very polite and easy going group.
Friendly service and great drinks, my friend dropped her coffee as we were walking away and they replaced it for her! Super nice
So friendly every time we stop by. The smoothies are very good. Happy employees, happy customers. Stay kind.
It was delicious, aside from the sugar ant my daughter found in her sunset lemonade. Darn sugar ants.
It seems the River Road location has gone down hill over the past few years.
Having worked here, I hate to write a negative review but if nothing is said nothing will change.
Moments ago, I drove up to River Road Location and ordered two rebels. The woman at the window was nice and patient as I waited for a text from my gf as to what she wanted. Everything was great; I ordered mine, passionfruit with pom drizzle on top, and hers.
When I received the Rebels, hers was good but mine had the flavors blended. I informed the blonde in the pit that handed me the drink that it was incorrect and she seemed irritated that I informed her it was made wrong.
I normally wouldn't write a review on the visible irritation but how the correct drink was made is what irritated me. It was made without care with too much drizzle and terribly blended, (big ice chunks,) not smooth.
As a past employee it's sad to see the decline at this location. But I am happy to say that many of the others in town are thriving and hold the core values high.
I come here very often and they are fantastic. Today a dude must if been having a bad day. He was really snotty. I hadn't seen him before that I remember. But usually it's a great place
This location makes the worst blended rebels. They're just like syrup in a cup with a few ice granules and on top of the poorly made drinks it's always an extremely long wait no matter how busy. I avoid this location at all costs and will actually drive to the hwy 99 location. River Rd location sucks a big one. 7th downtown, Gateway, and HWY 99 are amazing.
The safety measures you have taken with coronovirus are not only appropriate, but well ahead of most others. Many small providers have closed and others struggle to adapt. Once again, you lead the way and not just with the best coffee, but the best people backing, making and delivering it. As an old-school member of the Dutch Mafia, I salute River Road (!) and all DB locations for your excellence!
Was getting a Birthday drink for son and drinks for family earlier today around 1pm. First was told I did not ask for a drink I did asked for, then was almost charged the Free Birthday drink and then was handed my change and punch card back so rudely that the card fell out of my hand and on to the ground. I don't think I have felt so insulted for wanting to purchase drinks and get my son a Birthday drink, in my life. VERY Rude is the best way to say it, without using profanity. I have purchased drinks at this location many times before, guess I will rethink that. I have no problem going somewhere else to spend my hard earned money.
Different sizes and varieties, the kids sizes are only large enough for about 20 straw draws so they don't get ro much sugar before a good workout outing. Staff are always well informed on choices and helping out. Very popular so can be busy but staff are good at keeping the line moving. A bit much on corn syrup though.
Dutch bros. Is the place to buy your coffee if you want the extreme best and great taste and
thier great staff always is friendly with a smile and dedicated.
Good, rich coffee served how you like it. One of my favorite coffee stops, I much prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks.
