Dutch Bros Coffee, Hillsboro OR

It's my hubby's birthday today and we got him his free birthday drink. These girls went over the top for him! The girl I would love to point out is Lily. She did everything possible to make us happy. I asked for a sticker because I've never gotten one.she said hang on a sec and literally ran to her car to get us some from her stickers.and then she wrote the sweetest message on his cups. ️ Her! My husband doesn't normally go to Dutch Bros but because of this experience he said he will start)

I can't say enough POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT DUTCH BRO they have awesome choices. Their Coffee is Perfect it's my go to place. The only thing I wish they did was have more Pastries. The staff is ALWAYS AMAZING I AM A DUTCH PRINCESS.

Love dutch bros, and I get talking to customers is a bit of the schtick, but this location suffers with long waits. Up to 10 min a car per side of the building.

I did see the effort and change in approach recently, and I hope there are learnings to be had to improve. The staff here is great, the drinks are an example of what dutch bros is capable of. Talk can be quick, freindly and effecient.

They are friendly enough, but they don't enforce their own mask rule. (putting everyone at risk)

Fast and efficient service even in bad weather. Very sorry wait and always better than Starbucks

They were short handed today but I waited because we love getting our Dutch bros drink here. I hope you get more people there, you guys are always busy and I feel bad for everyone there.

This location has the nicest group of employees I’ve ever met, they always make my drinks correctly and they are always super happy. I have yet to ever have a bad interaction and I almost always leave with a bigger smile than when I showed up

Always willing to give a traveler a large ice water for free. Thank you and may all your journeys be as wet.

My daughter went there today and they would not accept cash. She also has a punch card and they are not punching the cards anymore. She has gone several times and would have had another card almost filled. She only needed 2 more punches. Cash is a legal tender and if they don’t want to accept that then the debt was attempted to be paid they refused so the drinks are free then!

This is one of the many reasons I absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros. Missed my birthday by a smidge, but they came through on yhe hottest day of the year so far! Love you guys! Thanks for the birthday treat, and awesomeness all year long! ️

The staff is very friendly, especially the Assistant Manager, Jocelyn. She really knows what customer service is all about!

The coffee is good! A little sweeter than I order prefer but I'm sure that could be adjusted by asking. The biggest flaw at this location was that the barista touched all of the straws by the middle and especially at the top. I personally find this lack of sanitation extremely unappealing and would not want to go back to this location for these reason.

I feel like getting so much more than just coffee, when i have this Little conversation with Such a great Friendly staff.

The best customer service around, they come to your car cheerfully to take your order, oh yeah the product is great too.

Nice little location. Although one of the staff was talking with a customer for too long not exactly caring that we were waiting behind the customer they were talking to, we had to back up and drive to the other side even though we weren't sure if it was open or not. That was rude and thoughtless on the one worker's side but we got our coffee, but our barista was nice.
