I was here on the first day they opened and nothing but amazing people here always helpful, no matter the situation.homegirl actually saved my life one day. [Respect +1]

The guy who attended me and my husband was kind of over kind and his comments were out of place but despite that the service was great!

My family got 6 different drinks, we enjoyed them. I got the golden eagle as a hot drink, it was good and not too sweet. Also, the drink wasn't too hot and at a drinkable temperature. My husband got a blended electric berry lemonade, it was good too, and had some lime in it which I liked. I also tasted the peach ring rebel, it was good.

Straight up told me the sweater weather chai wasn't even a drink after over a week of getting it at other locations. Added a photo of the signs at other places. Totally annoying they literally made me feel like I was crazy then gave me a chai latte because this other imaginary drink "didn't exist"

I have lactose intolerance issues and always test the Broistas on their knowledge of lactose intolerant beverages. They haven't failed me yet on recommendations. I recently tried the caramel pumpkin brulee with almond milk and it was absolutely amazing.

It was ok for me. All the flavor in my coffee was at the bottom so it wasn't stirred at all. Fast service, but the employees could have been more friendly.

Always great service and usually my drinks are fantastic but my last trip I ordered a banana cream pie freeze and it just tasted like syrup. I couldnt even drink it. I was so sad.

It was a long and hot day and the line at this place wasn't too bad. The young lady was only interested in taking my Handsome sons order and not mine. We had to tell her that there was anouther drink. But all was good after that.
I thought it was funny she was taking his order while hanging over half way out the window. She could of easily popped right threw the car window and into his lap. Lol kids these days. But good coffee.

Friendly staff good drinks. Popular spot in tualatin so plan on having a bit of a wait time they're fuel for my coffee addiction.

Love Dutch! Friendly staff and they always make my drink perfectly. They do need to start taking cash again however as the rest of the retail world is now doing.

I'm really disappointed. I was doubled charged on Friday and I spoke with the girl who said someone in the back will fix the issues but I haven't heard back from anyone. I left an email, a voice-mail and still haven't heard back. I've been a loyal customer 5 years and always leave a tip and I can't get anyone to contact me back to fix this issues. I'm very disappointed.

The guy that closed tonight (5/7) stayed open to help me after closing when he easily could have turned me away. That’s what real customer service is all about. He made me feel welcomed and made amazing drinks.

The signature experience of Dutch Bros.is the incredibly friendly staff. They greet you warmly and treat you like a friend. The menu is incredibly expansive for a wide variety of fantastic drinks, you have to go to their website for drink choice inspiration. Only complaint is that the price, a large drink will run you over $7, other than that great place!

I come to this Dutch Bros way too often, and I have seen such consistent positive customer service here. Everyone is very kind and courteous, upbeat and pleasant to talk to. My orders are always generally fast even when the lines get long, the crew here are very solid and the coffee is always on point.

THEY’RE DOING SUCH A GOOD JOB OF SOCIAL DISTANCING! Everyone is wearing masks and their method of taking orders and handing drinks follows all the safety protocol while not feeling cold or distant. Always been a big fan of Dutch Bros so they got 5 stars before this but I was so impressed with how their handling this pandemic.
