Dutch Bros Coffee, Gresham OR

I went today. The line despite location known for lines, was quick. I was a walk up and with this locations lobby still being closed due to covid safety policy I went through the drive thru (this is fine since it varies location to location based on the type of walk up. This one is enclosed, most other locations are open air walk ups). I mentioned that I was dog sitting a puppy but wasn't able to bring him. The walk was a tad too long for a puppy that was too big to carry with a drink in tow. I jokingly said I would have ordered him one and she essentially said "No problem, we can do that, do you want a lid? " I said yes. This location rarely gets my favorite order wrong (I have dietary changes) and they are always friendly. Her act was small but greatly appreciated. It made the puppy's day.:)

I ordered a large Chai tea with an extra shot (hot tea) but what I received was a large coffee instead. This is the 3rd time that has happened at this particular Dutch Brothers.

Great coffee! They're always friendly and make sure you're taken care of. The person running window was super engaged and asked questions.

Ordered a cappuccino. Drove away and found out it was an Americano. I was very clear and repeated my order twice. Last time i go to any Dutch Muggers.

We heard our friends rave about white coffee at Dutch Bros.and how delicious it was, so we wanted to try it without anything in it and it was really difficult trying to convey that to the person taking our order. At one point she told us we were being difficult.all we wanted was white coffee to try by itself. We ordered two medium plain white coffees and when they gave us our order the cups were only a quarter cup full in each one. Very disappointed. The white coffee wasn't that great either.not worth the trip.

Dutch Bros in Gresham has really knocked it out of the park during the pandemic. Amazing service and protocols. Really appreciate them for going the extra mile.

No complaints here! Was a line of over 20 cars and they tore through the orders in under 10 minutes, was quite fast! Drink was on point too!

The staff here are always friendly and great to talk to! 2 individuals who really standout are Ashley and Tyler, talking to them is always a bonus to coming here! The only semicomplaint is I have a drink I order almost everytime, and almost everytime it's made differently.

Always nice and friendly and when it's busy the employees really try to keep the line going smoothly! Also the drinks are always made really well! I also like the little pond that sometimes has ducks in the drive thru. (Not super important, but nice while you wait.)

A new trendy coffee shop in Sandy, Oregon. Very good selection of coffees and other drinks. They serve their own brand of coffees.

This Dutch is a hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are good and sometimes they aren't. The employees are always super friendly though.

Sat in line yesterday at 10 a.m. For 33 minutes and yes I understand that it was Black Friday but that's not why I was there I was there to get my birthday drink and a ornament because yesterday was my birthday and my wife told me a week prior that they were giving out ornaments on my birthday so as I sat there at 10 a.m. In line for the 33 minutes I watched multiple cars get handed multiple ornaments in one vehicle but then when I get to the window they have no ornaments because they just gave the last 3 to the car in front of me which was the only reason I was there.

Nothing wrong with or visit today but we do seem to have some trouble on the consistency of our drinks and being temped at requested temp. Loved the enthusiasm of the guy who let our 5yr old order her drink herself. Super sweet. I want to know his name because he's always really good at whatever task we see him doing.

I enjoy Dutch Bros over all of the coffee options in Portland. I like the Grasshopper and the Caramelizer. The employees are always so friendly and hip. The drive through and walk up windows are so fast and convenient. I also enjoy the customer loyalty punch card program. They have a constantly changing menu with seasonal drinks and flavors. I love Dutch Bros.
