Dutch Bros Coffee, Klamath Falls OR

Always greeted with happy faces. I think they get trained at Disneyland or Dutch Bros is now the happiest place on earth. I ordered an Iced Golden Eagle Chai, it was definitely a drink with balanced flavors. Not too sweet, just right. I recommend this if you don't like super sweet drinks, I recommend this drink.

Think they need to start doing better, a few toomany fails. Went for 2 hot Chai teas for the last trip and got 2 room temperature Chai teas at best. Guess I'm done with db.

The staff here always seems to be in a good position mode. No matter how busy they seem to be. They still keep the line moving while connecting with their guests.

Slowest Dutch Bros in Southern Oregon by a long shot. I'm from Grants Pass and both times I've been by the Dollar Tree DB in K Falls, I waited 8-12 minutes per car ahead of me (due to the same girl serving my lane both times who is overly friendly and chatty with everyone). I understand being friendly, but having to wait 28-32 minutes both times for only 3 cars ahead of me each time is stupid. It's not a sit down coffee shop, I'd go to one if I wanted to spend my morning doing coffee.

Either gave me the wrong drink or does not know how to make a golden eagle chai drink. My drink tastes like regular coffee with no caramel and overflowed with milk.

Everyone is always in a good mood nd willing to help when you don't quite know what you're in the mood for. Their suggestions are always spot on.

Wonderful and excellent customer service. The Barista's are very professional, yet very courteous to all customers.

The kids there are so nice. I always like the service and generosity. They always brighten my day.

Better service and quality than many other. The menu is a bit more limited but with more original flavors.

Is there any other choice? Ummm I'd say no. Awesome drink selection at a affordable price.

Nice, helpful employee. I've been traveling cross country for the past nine months and on the East coast, not any options for good espresso! I've missed Dutch Brothers.

The past 3 times I have gone my drink has been so sugary and sweet. The same girl always makes my drinks. I keep having faith in her with making my drink correctly but Im not so sure anymore. Sucks that this Dutch bros is the closest to my house. But this last time was the last chance. My drink was blended as well and there was hardly any ice in it. It’s mainly syrup: (

Need to raise your side clearances to accomodate taller vehicles.like musher trucks with dog sleds! We love your coffee!

Dutch Bros. Is always reasonable, delicious, and they are masters at getting you through the line quickly. I think they have the friendliest staff of anyone, anywhere, no matter what city you are in.

I LOVE Dutch Bros. The Double Chocolate Mocha, aka DoCho, is my usual. My daughter LOVES the Unicorn Blood frost. My husband likes the Mango Smoothies, but those are too sweet for my palate.

With so many combinations, there's something for practically everyone.

Nice to have a place that not only makes me a perfect cup of Java, but the staff knows what i want without constantly having to tell them.keep up the great work

Super friendly staff and excellent coffee I'm really bad with names but I believe it was Mimi that helped me (she had blue hair) anyways everyone working there this morning deserves a raise. Will be coming here over star bucks every chance I get. Keep it up morning crew y'all rock!
