Dutch Bros Coffee, Canby OR

EVERYTIME I go to Dutch Bros. In Canby, The staff there are always (no matter my mood) so sweet & All very professional! They make me smile! I'd go there everyday if I could!

Anytime I’ve gotten a coffee drink that should have some kind of sweet flavor at this location it tastes like espresso milk…

I used to work at Dutch and I have always gone to a different location. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this one.
The drive through was a joke first of all and we had to circle around after we got to the window and then 2 people ended up getting to go before because they made us do that. I’m not sure why but one of the girls there just had the worst attitude. Then I asked for light ice and get to the window (again) and my drink was literally 1/3 of the way empty. I simply asked why it’s like that. The girl at the window said sorry and she would fix it, then the girl with attitude got upset and Simply told me they don’t do that anymore and if I want it filled the rest of the way I can pay for another medium drink.
I know for a fact you add more when asked for light ice. It was made way bigger deal than it had to be. But I got less than without light ice so that was the problem.
My day was already a super bad day so just to have to get attitude over something that I have done for the past 10 years is ridiculous to me.

I go here quite a often. For the second time now, the drink was served extra sweet even after I specifically asked for sugar-free. Not going back.

I stopped using my debit card to pay because the employees will tip themselves without asking me. I have been using cash and asking for recept so I make sure I am paying for what I am buying and now I have employees asking me if i want my change back. Really! Yes I want my change back. I'm suppose to tip you for me paying for a service

Food is drinks. I LOVE my Dutch and love the staff. Friendly, courteous, helpful, compassionate and willing to share a laugh.

They always get your order correct. They also let you blend your own flavors together ️
You take the New Orangecycle and add 2 Banana to a Large oh
The staff is wonderful here in Canby, Oregon, my Favorite is on 4th Plain, Vancouver, WA all the staff here super great.
They have a lady that comes by and sing her heart to the public. She is either at Dutch Bros or Grocery Outlet Store Parking lot.

I would request that they start working on using gender-neutral terms to refer to people, since my brother and I are not "women" and don't enjoy being called ladies every time we come through. The coffee is great and the people are friendly, just hits a sour note when you get misgendered everytime.

Yummy sugar free mocha. The young lady at the drive-thru was very efficient and super friendly.

Excellent cafe for a quick drink with decent parking and good drive thru signage! Consistent quality, friendly staff, and a clean interior.

Every single one of the employees are absolutely amazing.great bunch of people that work there.

Coffee is hot when you ask for extra hot you really do get it. Very friendly service and fast paced with music and a great greeting.

Loved how energetic everyone was and how excited they were we were going to the ren faire!

Waiting for over 15 minutes with 2 cars only. In the last car they just were talking and talking I couldn't waste more time I left went around the lights towards hibbard and the car was at the window. If a beautiful girl I'd on the car, they don't care about the rest.

Always a pleasure coming here.too bad they gotta wear masks outside, be nice to see a real smile
