The hot Carmelizer is my daughter & my favorite drink. You can't go wrong with a hot chocolate either. They have great cold drinks as well. Download the Dutch app & earn points towards free drinks. The staff at any of the Dutch bros are always friendly, happy & on top of your order. Rainbow Community welcome at Dutch bros. Definitely better than that overpriced coffee chain out of Seattle.

Long long lines. I have places to be and can't sit in line all day but since I paid I'm gonna sit and wait. It's frustrating when yall are busy you'd rather hold a convo with a regular then get everyone out. Ten mins for one car at the window is a little extreme. And what the heck. The person behind me showed up 5 mins after me and got their drinks first and when i had got to the window i asked why my drinks werent made before the 3 cars behind me? And i got well everyone is on different stations and its not made it order and i said it should be a first come first serve because you guys already made my drink and it was sitting there waiting for me and they hadnt made the kids frost. Wow by the time I got my drink my whip cream was mostly liquid as was my blended drink. I'm a regular here and it seems dutchs gone through yet another round of employees and I know no one and I WILL not be back here. Also while waiting in line the worker bringing drinks out didn't once bother to come up and say im sorry for the wait or ask what I'm waiting on to see if I can get out quicker. Absolutely no care or respect from this dutch. I'm so sad and upset about today. I cried after leaving due to how they treated me.

The the Dutch Bros Baristas are so sweet that's why we love Dutch Bros. The coffee's exceptional as well.

I feel so bad but so was the coffee My Mom and I are both diabetic and LOVE Dutch Bros for having such a variety of delicious sugar-free options. But for whatever reason neither of our coffees resembled a Dutch Bros beverage. They honestly both tasted like Grandma's old school black coffee with cream & sugar

Sadly I haven't been back in weeks. My coffee was tempid. When I asked if it could be warmed a little, it was scolding. It burnt My tongue and blistered the top of My mouth. Sadly I am willing to drive further to not get burnt.

My wife and daughter went through your drive thru today 7/23/23 around 1120am or so. They ordered their drinks and my daughter repeated her request for an alternative milk a few times as she is lactose intolerant. After getting to the window and paying they are informed that the milk substitute was not used and it would be. 70 cents more, not a huge deal but it was 19$ for 2 drinks already. The issue comes into play when they say they refund my wife's original purchase, but it doesn't show on our account. They then demand her card again to run it a second time. My wife refused as this would be 39$ out of our bank account for 2 drinks. Your employees then got very rude, refused to give my wife the drinks even though no refund had shown on our account. I feel like this behavior over several mistakes YOUR EMPLOYEES MADE IS UNACCEPTABLE. Especially considering your company charges premium prices. Premium prices generally command a premium product and customer service experience. I do not feel your establishment has lived up to that standard on any level. Pretty unfortunate for such a popular place.

They were in too much of a hurry that they didn’t blend my drink. So much chunky ice I can’t even drink it through the straw. Tasted disgusting too, like they forgot any flavored syrup. They blended my friends but not mine. Gross, will not be back.

If you're going to have different hours than you post on your website your staff at least needs to come to the window and acknowledge that. There were three of us waiting. I'm not sure how you think a customer is supposed to know that when your own website is inaccurate. I'll change my review if you ever get that done.

The Dutch on 174th and Division in Portland is my favorite location! I've been coming to this stand for almost 5 years, nearly every day. The staff is the absolute BEST! Always cheerful, talkative, kind, and genuine. They remember my name and drink order, and ask how I'm doing and show genuine interest in their customers. Their lines may be long at times, but they're quick to get you through the line and on your way. If you ever had a bad experience at Ducth, visit this location. They'll change your mind. Not to mention, they make my drink perfectly, every single time! I love my Dutch fam!

If you’re a asian or colored, don’t come here. I walk-in today, there is a girl that work here, I came before many other people, she took my order then leave it aside until she finish the rest of them, even though I came before them. I wait around 20 mins to get what I ordered but she didn’t even make my order right.so speechless.

If you get "light ice" your drink is pretty much 45% empty.

No other establishments do it. Black Rock doesn't do it, Starbucks doesn't do it, Peets coffee doesn't and any other moms and pops.

Feels like a complete rip off!

As always, the product did not disappoint, however, in the 15mins it took to get one of their signature beverages delivered to the walk-up window, I counted approximately 6 cars that were served. Unimpressed with speed of service at this location and I think next time I'm headed to Black Rock where I can get my drink in a timely manner

I work just down the street from this locatoin, and it is an amazing Dutch Bros. My employees and I are frequent flyers of this specific location. We have all been there first thing in the morning, driving down the road, seeing the massive / immobile lines in all the coffee shops.but at this Dutch Bros, this will always have the fastest and friendliest service around. I highly recommend this spot!
