E-Z Wash Laundromat, Grants Pass OR

I have posted before as this was my new favorite laundromat. There us a new pay system and I hate it so much, that I won't come back. Breakdown: The new card system has too many flaws. You have to pay $1 for the card. There are preset amounts to load onto the card. The lowest being $5. The price for the wash I am pretty sure went up. The selections for heavy soil, etc are not available. At least for the 80lb washer.
The dryers are now set to 40 minutes for 3.25 or 3.50. I honestly forget as I was so mad by the time I left. Regardless, there are no longer any shorter time choices.
Here is the kicker. Your card has $2 left. You need $3.50. You have to load a minimum of $5. Second kicker, you have 2 cards and both have $2 on them for a total of $4. You need $3.50 to dry. Can you use both cards? That would be a no. So, another $5 has to be added.
Other people there were just leaving their cards. I don't think that they will be back either. Such a shame.

Stole over $7 from me and when I tried to call 5 times there was no answer, tried to leave a message and the inbox was full! There was $5 on my card so I could use 2 dryers for 2.25 each. When I went to pay for dryer 13 I set my card down and pressed go and nothing, set my card back down and pressed go and nothing again. It then proceeded to tell me my balance was. 50 cents when I had $5 on my card and still hadn’t used the dryer. I added another $5 to my card to try again and it did the exact same thing and is telling me “lint door open” I searched everywhere and can’t find a lint door. It took my money 3 times. Not only that but my girlfriend tried to use the sweet stuff claw machine and it simply took her money as well. Not happy about $7 being taken from me with no way to contact and get my money back!

The ONLY laundromat I will ever use. Owners are pleasant it's clean up to date machines good prices!

This was my first time to this laundromat. I walked into a very clean, cool, large room. (It was a hot day!) A few vending machines and benches inside. The 80lb washer is my new best friend. (Second to the 2 60lb washers!). They give tokens worth $1 and also quarters. Prices are very reasonable. I really don't want to recommend as I want it all to myself! But, I must be honest. I also like that it is open late.

Needed to make a late night laundry run decided the e-z wash had the best reviews so I thought I would try it out… Showed up around 8: 30pm to do my laundry and found a group of homeless men hanging out with one of them shaving his head in the middle of the laundromat. The place stunk quite bad. Other than that it was nice enough. You would think there would be somebody keeping an eye on the place but I guess not

Hot dryers! Loved it. That's hard to find. Usually it costs more than it should to dry clothes in most places.

I luv that spot. Just on the edge of town C&D market is across the street with a easy crossing.
New dryers well maintained & clean.

If i could give it MORE STARS I would!

Better then any other laundromat in grants pass, they got new dryers work fantastic lots of big washers

I really like using this laundromat. It has a deep wash sink specifically for hand-wash garments. This laundromat also has several huge dryers for things like bedding, etc. I like to go late at night because then I'm usually pretty much the only person there. During the day it tends to get pretty packed. The only problem I've ever experienced there was the last time I went. I found out that the big dryers were not working with the wash tokens being provided. I happened to see the sign and found all this out after already adding my tokens, so that was a bummer for sure. I'm not sure if that was something that will have been fixed next time i go there or if that is an all the time kind of issue.

No one likes having to do laundry at a laundromat instead of at home. But, if you are like us and currently without, this is a good place to go. It's always been quiet and clean. The one time one of the customers had a true problem with a machine, the staff were there soon after to clean up. Plus, brand new driers are really nice.

Clean place friendly staff usually dryers work pretty well usually a few out of service same with washers. Gal running it was so sweet helped with my clothes stuck in washer payed for a few loads after the mishap and even the drying payed for for my inconvenience. An issue arose with some very rude people and she handled it with class and patience. I frequent this place often and appreciate the service. Friendly customers snacks toys and drink machines available. Open till 11 pm soap and dryer sheets available for purchase. Convenient store directly across the street as well as a little park within walking distance. Large and small capacity washers and dryers. I Highly recommend to anybody needing the service. They also have a wash and fold service available!

Spendy but the dog stuff got clean and dry. Giant washer with warm water and an extra rinse was $7.50. Dryer was another dollar. It saves my washer a lot of stress when washing bulky items.

I have a washer and dryer but my daughters didn't do their laundry so it's stacked up so EZ Wash Laundromat was the place to go

I absolutely love this laundromat. I visit it every time I'm in Grant's Pass. Always clean, machines are clean and ready to use, and the people there make you feel welcomed. Will definitely be sharing with my friends and family.

This laundromat is great. I love the convient location. Little market across the street, and I feel safe leaving my laundry there while going to that market others I wouldn't think of leaving my laundry. It is clean and spacious love the fact that they have the larger machines for bigger items. Also the drop off to have your laundry done and folded is a life saver when needed. The staff and owner are amazing makes one of life's not so fun chores so much better
