Eads Park reviews
5Has a nice play structure, and is usually not very busy. There's also a path that leads to the river, with access both ways for about a 1/4 mile. The only drawback is all the transients.
It's a nice small, shaded park. But there's never been other kids there and you see people riding into the wood's trails. There is a nice open space to run with your dogs tho and often, someone from the apartments has their dog there.
Eads park was out of this world. I especially liked the way it was designed. It just screams "park" at you as you enter the parky area! I will definitely start going there all the time. It's just a great place to go when you crave that park feeling!
It is a small park with some playground equipment for younger children. Not much parking here. It does have walking trails, but they can be sketchy at times and there are personal belongings along the way. This area seems to be used quite a bit by the homeless. This is tucked away in the older part of the neighborhood.
No bathrooms available and water doesn’t work. Not any parking really and it seems people who do park here aren’t using the park.
