If I could give them a negative -100 I would. They lie, I was without hot water for 3 years, and NO water pressure. Paint fell off the walls in 2 foot sections, carpet was never cleaned. Rosa and others were slum lords. They were rude, raised my rent $95.00 every year but not others. Singled me out to raise my rent. I am disabled and they tried to evict me because I had a medical service animal. We went to court and I won. They were the worst company I have ever worked with. Go somewhere else. Never took care of building or apartments.

My wife contacted Eagle Cap about a new rental property and it took more than 24 hours for them to return her call. On top of that, the individual was extremely rude and would only say that there were multiple applications already submitted. While I understand that this rental market is extremely competitive, there is no call for responding to potential clients in a manner which does not shine a very favorable light on your business. And I would be less inclined to contact you in the future.

We used eagle cap and Gary was our realtor and he was great! Very honest and helpful. I will use them again in the future.
