Always honest, not trying too hard to push certain products over another. I’ve spent an ungodly amount of money here.

Probably had what I needed, but the customer service was so horrible. I felt like I was a inconvenience to them. After trying to talk to a employee for 5 mins standing in the store, I left without purchasing anything.

I recently bought two bottles of their cotton candy flavor ejuice and it just doesn't taste right at all.

Great staff all around. I've never had anything short of an excellent buying experience no matter who is at the shop. Every employee is knowledgable with all products, you can tell they all enjoy what they do.

These people let there customers come out and threaten people in the parking lot in front of there store

Staff is dishonest and constantly rude. I have been going to the shop for a year since moving here and spent quite a lot of money there including buying devices, batteries, and chargers as well as bringing friends to shop but today was just the last day I can forgive the rudeness. The store says on the front of the door verbatim "must be 21+ to purchase, Minors must be accompanied by an adult" took my 20 year old daughter in with me as I have many times in the past as per the signage. Today I am told minors means under age 12? Nothing on the store front says that. Then they point to some full page letter typed and taped 10 feet inside the store on the back of a register screen that is not even the register being used that supposedly says 12 and under. Well no one could see that before coming IN THE STORE. Customers have to rely on sinage outside the store for information about who can come in. If the sign that contradicts that is inside guess what geniuses people outside cant see it! You create awkward and unpleasant shopping experiences by displaying incorrect information. The dishonest part is when he tries to tell me its the law when in fact its just store policy. Then the same guy sold my son in law a vape device and batteries when the device he bought doesnt even take those batteries. My friend visited from florida and his ID was very slightly bent but still clearly visible and the guy says "well since its from florida and I dont know their laws on bent ID im not gonna sell you these batteries" my friend was not even buying nicotine and his ID was totally fine everywhere else he used it from Klamath to Medford. I kept trying but I am over it. Ill just order online. Hopefully their rudeness one day puts them out of business.

I have always had a phenomenal experience when I visit EC Blends! Ken and Adam are very knowledgeable and have been able to help me trouble shoot problems with my mods. They take the time to make sure you know what mod / juice you need as well that you know how to work the different styles. Thank you guys for excellent customer service!

Stopped in knowing what I wanted. Staff didn't look like he worked there and didn't ID myself or friend, nor were we greeted. Nearly all the displays and cases were dirty and unorganized. I would rather spend more at another shop than come back to this location.

Good place to get your e-juice, probably the cheapest for the best ingredients, ok selection but more then some!

Knowledgeable staff! Great prices! They have some mainstream liquids, however the company brand is quality. No need to search for a decent place to buy "juice. " ECBlends has ya covered!

I rate this a 3 because of the naked juice and the prices on mods, rda, etc. How ever I have not found a single house juice that taste good and the ones that do I stop tasting after a few hours.

The service here is excellent and they are more than willing to help you out. Besides just ECBlend juices, they also have a limited stocked of Naked and some other brands. The only good place to go for vaping supplies in Klamath!

These guys are tremendously knowledgeable about all things vape. Great prices on the best gear and the greatest juice. There's no better place to go for vape in Klamath Falls, and I'd be surprised if there were a better vape shop on Earth.
