The entire staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to advise and educate on anything you want to learn. Undoubtedly the best customer service in all of Portland!
Went in here today to get help with finding a one off part to repair an older piece of audio equipment. They jumped to help me find what i needed and made sure it worked/was tested before i left. Above and beyond service
5 Star Audio shop in Portland. Far and away the Best on West Coast. Kurt, Matt and the entire staff are honest in their conversations, genuinely want you to have a satifying customer experience and are expert equipment guides given your budget and level of experience. I have been looking for a nice original McIntosh MC225 for years (since 1970!). Finally.decided to contact Kurt. Later when one came in that was suitable for my budget.he emailed and offered to hold until I could eagerly drive 5 hours to inspect. It looked much better than I expected.bought immediately.
