7Got the fifty percent off card, in the mail to tune up my unit. I have two unites, so had them look at both. They said I needed a new part in my home heat pump. It was a very small part, called a Heat Sequencer, charged me $469 dollars, no instalation fee. I told them, that seems like a lot, for that little part. Resurched the part, it sells for ten dollars, to fifty dollars on line. Beware senior citizens, this company will scam you. Their motto is, Good people, good service, what a joke. See you in small claims court, Eclipse.
Lost Heat pump unit during a heat wave. Called Eclipse they came out next day, we had a really old carrier unit (20+ years old) that was not worth fixing quoted new system agreed on a price and they replaced the next day. They even went extra mile and brought in a portable ac unit to use the first day. Highly Recommend them. Good service Quality work.

Brand new unit installed in 2019 none of the filter box duct work was sealed big gaps in the corner.this unit is installed under my house in hermiston so lots of sand and dirt have been being sucked threw the whole system for almost 4 years now.luckily I found this out.
Richard Gonzales came to our salon early the morning after we called and was able to run all the tests to tell us what needed to be fixed on our heating unit. He was very thorough and it has been working perfectly ever since. Thank you Richard!
Emergency heating went out 4 days before Christmas at 2 degrees outside. Eclipse was the only company not trying to charge me more for week of Christmas repairs. They rearranged their schedule to get me in the next day and fixed it in 45 minutes. Huge THANK YOU to Eclipse.
