Ecola State Park reviews
14 You must take time to explore this stunning park. A beach side rain forest with the most vibrant lush greens you have ever seen. Watch out for elk! You'll see them grazing along the winding mountain roads. Beaches
Are breathtaking.
Lovely views (terrible Tilly!) and plenty of area to walk around and enjoy an afternoon at the coast.
THIS IS A MUST VISIT PARK.check out my video on YouTube https://youtu.be/eGMWu2oIZrU? Si=dS_CCkGhPGPe01Wh
Hey, I have been here! Beautiful view with layers of ocean and mountains. Wish the weather was nice that day. Would like to come back in the Summer.
Stopped here on the way to look at the shops in Canon Beach. Beautiful Vistas Great 360° view of the Pacific. On the drive back we saw some Elk walking along the road. Probably tourists
Highly recommend, especially at low tide! We vacationed the top 1/3 of the Oregon coast, and this was by far our favorite beach.
Unfortunately, it is not ADA accessible
Stunning! Feels like you're driving through a rain forest driving up to the viewing point
Beautiful location overlooking Cannon Beach. The day we were there. There was a bit of fog, but other than that it was dropped at gorgeous.
Family visited from out of state and the shoreline was incredible to explore. I highly recommend it.
The view of Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock from Ecola State Park is just breathtaking! We felt that considering the winding drive in and the $5 a car that we must have missed something to do here. The views were just a few minutes from where we parked our car. There were signs for a hike for very experienced hikers, but even then I don't know where that hike went. So if you're in the area and want to see the view go for it, but it's a 15 minute experience. We didn't see trails or beach access anywhere. Perhaps that's further north at Indian Beach? Do the homework we didn't do before you go.
Beautiful, beautiful place. The pictures speak for themselves. One caution is that it is a narrow windy road, DO NOT take a wide vehicle or a trailer here.
One of the most breathtaking views of cannon beach. I was amazed when driving up to the lookout seeing old growth trees in this beautiful seaside rainforest. I was surprised to find out the goonies was filmed at the lookout as well! Cannon beach is one of my favourite spots in the PNW, and this is a great place to see it.
Beautiful drive into the park. Stunning views from different locations. Nice and easy little hike to the lighthouse.
Beautiful spot, summer or winter. Getting in can be crowded on busy summer days, but it's well worth it for the views. Quintessential Oregon Rocky Coast.
