Eddie Bauer Outlet reviews
12Didn't purchase anything, just walked around following my daughter as she shopped. Very nice clean store
The store is amazing sizes are perfect clothing such as shirts sweaters jackets are longer to cover the rear just like europeans️I have spend days on end throughout my life going from ross to ross 3-4 a day looking for right size Nordstrom rack Columbia etc.all garbage couldn’t feel my legs at the end of the shopping day now its one stop deal for everything except shoes. Only regret i dint find it sooner
Rude staff plays favorites with people, think nothing of telling someone behind you to step up to the front of line and chat it up while you wait. Clothing is low quality, too. Nothing in the place is made in USA.
Stopped in store they had some good sales going on, picked up birthday presents for my grandson as well as myself.
Terrible customer service! Went in today to return an item with the packaging, bag and receipt. The young man calling himself the store manager, refused to return the item and when I asked to speak to someone else, told me that he was the manager and what he says goes. He then asked me to leave the store and threatened to call the police.
Is this the way you treat a customer that spends thousands of dollars in your store and is an Eddie Bower platinum credit card holder? Very embarrassing for me and my 9 year old daughter to say the least. Is this the kind of person that you want in management and representing your brand?
You would think that Eddie Bauer would do a better job serving their customers. Especially with the prices they charge. Hopefully someone in the Corp office will see this and understand there is a staffing problem at this store.
Staff is always so kind and helpful! Have always been treated with kindness and attentiveness and their selection is exceptional.
Really nice clothes, but laughably expensive to be nice about it. Seriously 80 bucks for a shirt, but they try to act like you're getting some crazy deal because it's 50% off. All these outlet stores are like that. It's a weird gimmick.
Not sure what it is with some of these outlet shops and malls, but you're better off going to Costco, Target, etc. Prices are too high for the quality they're offering. At the outlets 40 to 70% off sales, you might find a decent item, but the styles, quality and value are better elsewhere imho.
I love the quality of their items, a bit pricey but worth it if you wear them a lot or for work. There was only 1 employee there when I went and he was doing a fantastic job.
This store is fantastic. The staff is always chipper and helpful, even when they are busy. Have great stock year round, and have always been a great stop on my way back from hood river or mt Hood.
Good prices but pretty limited selection. My partner was looking for rain pants and only found one style in one color. We ended up not buying anything. Covid protocols require masks and they offer hand sanitizer by the door. Staff didn't greet us but seemed friendly
Best quality, best pricing and great service. I've had several pieces of clothing last more than 20 years from Eddie Bauer
