Edelen has always been responsive to our garage door problems. Our latest issue was a broken spring. Kevin called the morning of our appointment to confirm his arrival time. He was there on time and completed the job quickly. He even swept the floor! I couldn't ask for more.

I have had Edelen service our overhead garage door a few times over the years. Always thought they were very professional and courteous. Their prices seemed a little high, but I liked their service, so didn't mind. That changed when I asked them to replace my side garage door. The quote for the labor cost seemed a bit outrageous to me. It was a least 500$ over other quotes. Sadly, they never replied to me again after I asked for a breakdown of the labor fees. Truly unfortunate for them, because I am planning to have my overhead garage door replaced soon as well.
