Edelweiss Dental, Portland OR

I was a patient for a couple of years and had a lot of work done in that time. I then moved and decided to find closer Dentist.
On vacation this week one of my crowns started to hurt and broke off. I called edelweiss dental to set up an apt (because the crown was less than 4 years old) and was told they do not except my insurance so they could not help me! I am now worried about the other dental work they did for me! I have crowns that have lasted 15 years without issue! I am disappointed with my service and hope that this review helps others.

I am a new patient. I have been going to dentists for 40 years. This is the most welcoming, pleasant and personable dental staff I have encountered. Dr. Hahn and Tanya, the hygienist, did the most thorough dental examinations I have ever had. They were diligent in explaining step by step everything they were doing. They took a surprising amount of time with me and answered all my questions. Latanya, the lead dental assistant was very attentive to my comfort as she took the digitalized pictures of my teeth, and so cheerful. Leah, at the front desk, was very gracious and helpful about my insurance coverage. This is a remarkable team. They combine state of the art dental service with personal concern for the patient. I am quite pleased I chose them for my dental needs.

This is a very friendly and competent practice. I asked for many details from Dr. Hahn and he was very thorough in explaining this methods and recommendations. I trust his work and have enjoyed my visit.

EVERYONE is pleasant and personable. Dr. Hahn, in terms of pain management, will err on the side of caution. I've never felt a thing - not even the novacaine shot. They've done three crowns for me - all excellent and hassle-free.

It's been several years since I needed any real dental work so I was a bit nervous about the.you know, the shots! Dr. Hahn has great technique with this and I didn't even feel them) LaTania the dental assistant was great and even the office manager was attentive to my comfort level. A very personable experience.
