I recently stopped at the convenience store next to this auto shop. I drive a full size pick up pulling a trailer. The store and auto shop share a parking lot, I parked as out of the way of the auto shops bay doors as possible. Immediately I was yelled and cussed at by a man who was associated with the shop (not sure if owner or employee). Telling me to move my truck. I was not blocking anyone or any entrance to either business. I informed the man I would only be here for a few minutes. At that point he disappeared into a group of cars and returned with a loud car and pulled upto the front of my truck reving the engine to intimidate me. With my exit blocked I was unable to make safe exit from the parkin lot. After realizing he had me blocked he then exited the vehicle which was still blocking my path, he proceeded to get another vehicle to block me in. After realizing his plan I started to reverse as he drove around behind me. Unsure of his intentions I backed my truck and trailer blindly trying to leave before the situation escalated. At minimum I will avoid now both the auto shop and the store do to threatening behavior from this shop.

Called them to unlock my car and they came twice. Paid them what the requested both times happy they helped
. Happened again unfortunately and I called and they told me word for word “I don’t have time for that kind of stupidity, get your act together. ” Even asked me if I had a boyfriend? To explain why I’m such an airhead? So unacceptable and disrespectful. I would not recommend this shop as it’s disrespectful and overpriced.

If you’re not going to answer the phone, at least get a voicemail established.

And they did it again best work on the city at best prices in the states. Jorge fixed my front bumper on a 2010 Merced ML350 in a day, I drop it off at 8am and pick it up at 2 pm. And they even make my head lights look like new. Top G work for sure.
