Here I sit in my driveway 2 hours outside the delivery window closed, 1.5hours after receiving a 30 minute courtesy arrival call. Still waiting on the driver.you guys are blowing it and you should totally just remove the word "logistics" from your company name. I got home from work 5 minutes after I received the courtesy call. You can keep the word "elder, " but you will not be known for your wisdom, but only for your slow moving and forgetfulness.

Terrible service experience. I bought a 12x10 Pergola from Home Depot to have delivered to my home. Paid for the extra service to have it delivered and brought to my home through this company. Home Depot explained it would take 7-10 days for delivery. Awesome.

I watched my package arrive at their facility through the tracking number provided by Home Depot on day 10. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before finally getting around to deliver it (5 days from promised delivery date). The service called to "tell me" when they wanted to deliver it, and gave me a 4 hour window to be at home. I explained on that call that time didn't work at all for me. They sounded confused and, again, TOLD me they would call me back with a better time. I said the next day would be better.they didn't even bother to ask what day or time worked for me.

Late the next afternoon, I was called and was again TOLD that a different 4 hour window would be good the FOLLOWING week. I said that 2 hours of their 4-hour window I could be home that day. They didn't like that answer, and asked if I had an "alley" to store it all in and if they could just go on my residence and deliver the package. I told them no, and that I wanted to be on site for delivery (especially after this service thus far!).

I was TOLD that they would arrive on that 4 hour window as early as possible so I could make it work. I said, that was fine, and it should work out. I came home 10 minutes ago and my wife just said the delivery man dropped a pallet off in the street, left, and said, "We are a curbside service only. "

What a terrible company and you all can expect this review to go to Home Depot's customer service as well.
