Electric Lettuce Dispensary, Clackamas OR

All positive reviews on this page are bribed/paid for. The current manager is a Tool and only cares about how much money you are trying to make off good people/customers. Place has 0 ethics when it comes to actually helping people they just want your money. It's a very bad place to support.

Came in and explained to the employee that I had dropped my pen and it wasn’t connecting properly anymore with the cart I had, he tested the cart with their equipment and told me the cart was fine and it had to have been my battery. Bought the battery and tested it with the cart and it still wasn’t connecting so it obviously was a cart issue. Went back in 2 minutes later and bought a cart and tried it with my old battery and it worked fine. Went back in the next day and explained to the manager everything that happened and was just wanting a refund since the whole reason I bought the battery was because he tested my cart with their equipment and he told me it was fine, was told they don’t do returns unless it’s mechanical and within 7 days (isn’t posted anywhere or on their website or my receipt) I then asked if I could just exchange it for a different product and she told me the most she could do was 10% off a cart (as if I couldn’t come in on a specials day and get the same thing). Super frustrating especially when I wouldn’t have even purchased the battery in the first place if they had told me my cart was actually what was broken

I come here almost everyday and these dudes/ ladies provide the best customer service imaginable. Trey, Max, Jakob, Chris, Alex have all been amazing!

The crew over at Electric Lettuce are the real deal. Knowledgeable bud tenders, that help you find exactly what you need!

Tanzie (did I spell that right) is an amazing bud tender who pointed me to some great sales and some wonderful pre-rolls from a woman owned company. Electric Lettuce never disappoints! Would love to see the LOWD pre-rolls in store at some point!

I've been to many dispensary over the years and the team here are ROCKSTARS! They know their stuff are kind and so helpful! My 1st choice

Newish to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this GEM! Every budtender seems to love their job and their customers! Always a pleasant experience and I’m always under budget with a full goodie bag! Highly recommend but don’t crowd the place now and make me have to wait! Lol ;)

I adore this dispensary! Love the decor, artwork, and vibe!? Super clean shop, friendly and helpful staff. Some great deals throughout the week, nice prices, and I always feel welcomed! Really appreciate the staff being willing to help me find the right products for my needs. Thanks y’all!

Nice looking shop in a nice area. There was a pretty good selection and the store was busy. We only had to wait a couple minutes to get seen, and then a person took us to the vape cart and edibles stations to get what we needed. The service was fast, so I didn't get to check out the selection as much as I'd have liked, but hey, the service was fast!

Chris H at the happy valley location always gets my stuff ready quickly and efficiently! Always friendly and helpful too.

So I ordered online. I chose something that I've smoked before and know that will get me to the next level, GSC. I get there, I pick it up. Upon leaving their premises, I open the container to smell it thinking I'm going to get a dank smell. But nah, i was deceived, bamboozled, lead stray, all that. That mofo smelled like shwags!

Very disappointed. Now I blame the dispensary for not knowing their product and for selling it to customers. I also blame the grower (Fr33dom Farms). Smoke out of a GB and took a lot more hits than usual to get me to feel something. Oregon been a disappointment with the flower so far. C'mon man, show Cali some love. Where's the dank, smelling, sticky at?

In conclusion, I wouldn't buy from here again. NEXT!

By far the worst dispensary I’ve been to. They don’t know what they sell, half of them are high as balls not knowing what’s going on. Don’t waste your time

Every time I come here, I don’t feel welcome, no one greets me when I walk in, and employees take there sweet time to help you get what you need.

If you want to support a corporate business where the owner has a private Jet, and owns half of downtown, shop at Groundworks owned dispensaries (Serra, Electric Lettuce, 50Trees, cannadaddys) It is appalling how they treat employees and customers. Everyone is disposable, they will straight up fire you for giving discounts to customers. Also, enjoy old weed, and product that is not stored properly, or even kept in the right temperature. Wow, a 10% off discount on ridiculously overpriced, runny, old product. You can tell where all the money goes, definitely not into the employees, customers or products. The poser of the industry folks.

Worst dispensary I've ever been to. The bud tenders don't know anything about cannabis. I don't expect the bud tenders to also partake but, i do expect them to atleast know what they're talking about when asked a strain specific question. On top of not being knowledgeable they just seemed indifferent about even being at work.if you don't like your job, find a new one where your laziness can be appreciated. $4 for a single. 5 gram preroll but $15 for 2.5 gram prerolls of the same strain? I'm never returning to this dispensary. There are plenty of other dispensary's around happy valley and Clackamas with knowledgeable staff and good product. If there was an option for a 0 star or even negative stars, i would select that in a heartbeat.
