Can never get anyone on the phone no matter what time of day I call, can't adjust appointments online, and can't email them either. I feel like the only option I have is going down in person to cancel so I won't be charged for their non-service. I'm really struggling to understand how they are a functioning business. I was really wanting to find a regular place for massage and it's been a very disappointing experience.

Highly recommend this Elements location and team. I have been scheduling with Angelica for about 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Dan is also very friendly and kind and makes the scheduling process very easy! Can’t recommend them all enough!

Everything was fantastic. From Pamela in the guest waiting area to Bryan. Very relaxing and rejuvenating massage. Thank you so much, we can't wait to start our monthly pampering!

The place has a clean, calm, and relaxing Atmosphere. The person at the front desk was helpful and kind. The massage therapist made sure I felt comfortable and explained I was in a safe environment. I was pretty nervous and they made sure to establish trust and a good environment. The massage itself was really nice too.

Elements Massage is the cleanest and nicest facility I have ever been to for a massage. The waiting area has nice chairs and a fireplace making it welcoming and relaxing. The bathroom was super clean and had little touches that made you know this is a place the owner and employees care about. The rooms were also nice and the tables can be raised or lowered automatically to make it more comfortable for the therapist- that tells me the owner really cares for its employees.

I came in with a lot of neck pain. After my massage there was a huge reduction in my pain level. I was very impressed with this business.

All…. I found this place while on travel and suffering from the neck ache from hell. Honestly could not have had a better experience. Kate at the front desk was so helpful and tried so hard to get me in for an appointment given the level of my discomfort. She called several times to update me on possibilities for appointments and managed to get me in with a gentlemen named Bryan. When I arrived, Kate was not working but I was greeted by a charming and funny woman named Dee who helped me get my paperwork submitted. Once on the table, I could tell immediately that the masseuse was other worldly. He was a consummate professional and highly skilled LMT who happens to be their lead therapist. If you need serious, expert, therapeutic massage…this is the man to see. I was able to get relief for the first time in 4 days and enjoyed restful sleep after the massage which was greatly needed. I couldn’t be more grateful for these folks. I recommend the entire business and I have to say after literally hundreds of massages, Bryan’s was the best I’ve ever had. 5 stars across the board…

Bryan is awesome! He explains what he is doing and why that muscle is causing issues. It was well over 1.4 years since I had seen him and it was like no time had pasted at all. Bryan listens to your concerts and will make sure that your comfortable while also trying to ease the pain, stress, or discomfort feeling!

I am visiting from out of state and my therapist was amazing! She was very attentive, managed her time well and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have had many massages in the past and every single one of the therapist felt the need to talk during the session. But this therapist did not and I was so grateful for that! She read my energy and proceeded in the right way. I’d definitely recommend this company!

The salt stones were amazing! I never want to be without them now during a session. Lindsey was phenomenal and gave me the best massage I've had in years. She was professional and so friendly, I felt very comfortable and that my needs were met. I'm beyond pleased with my experience here and can't wait for my next appointment

They helped to find the right therapist for my arthritic joints, and suggested other therapists with a lighter touch. My massage always starts when it is scheduled and I don't have to wait more than a minute or two. The option to book online is very nice and everyone greets you kindly when you step in. This is a great place to get a massage.

Alex was super at working on my broken hubby! He had been to chiropractor early in day and was still in pain. He needed some trigger points worked on, and then some! He is feeling much better and a lot looser! Highly recommend! Dan at front desk took a lot of time asking questions and explaining procedures. Awesome customer service! Class act, will definately be back!

Not a bad spot for a session here and there, however, they have high turn over so if you find someone you like, they will probably be gone sooner than later. I’d recommend finding somewhere else if you plan on making it a regular appointment.

I've been receiving professional massages for over 20 years.
1st time to elements in wilsonville.
I called for an appt they asked if i was apart of their wellness program, I said no, I receive massages through my work's insurance with a copay (x per year).
They said ok and set the appointment.

I had Belinda, who was professional but seemed like she was not putting a lot of effort into the massage. It was a weird energy. Like she didnt want to be there that day, not sure.
She also cut the massage 5 mins early, which is a pet peeve of mine. Pay for 60 mins, should receive 60 mins of time on the table.
Done with the massage, I came out and went to the front desk, they asked me to pay in full for the massage because they "dont work with insurance for medical massages, only car accidents" and i would need to be the one to call my insurance for reimbursement after paying them, nah I dont think so. After they realized I wasnt going to pay in full, they agreed to just have me pay them my copay. At least they made it right that way, but based on this experience I still wont be back. Never ever have I had a problem with a massage facility not wanting to go through insurance.

Cheerful environment (always greeted warmly, offered water, etc.) with clean, comfortable facilities and excellent therapists. I love the many options (hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.) that are offered but never pushed.
