I really like my Podiatrist I have only seen him 3 times but I’m staying w him he is gr8 and I’m not seeing any other Podiatrist thanks Tyler for helping w my foot I hope this helps me so much thanks again Dr. Belnap

I broke my foot and was referred by the ER to go here. I made an appointment and saw Trevor, he immediately said I needed an MRI so he could determine if I tore my ligament which would give him idea on what he needed to do for surgery. I did that and contacted the office letting them know I had the MRI done and what would be the next steps. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! So disappointed because I waited so long for nothing and could have had my surgery done sooner rather than later w/ someone else. I then contacted Rebound, sent them a picture of my xray and they immediately set up an appointment for me and the doctor said he didn't need the MRI (so that was a waste). It has been wonderful working w/ Rebound. If Trevor didn't want to bother with me, he should have been upfront. I only went there because I was referred. Horrible experience not communicating with me up front.

RESPONSE: I did call the office after the MRI and left a message saying that the ligament was torn and when could we schedule surgery. And no one called me back. I waited 2 weeks before I went elsewhere.

I am only leaving a 4 star review due to having made an appointment to see Dr Belnap for a pre surgery appointment and somehow they lost the appointment in their system and the dr had since moved to a new location in NE Portland. Although they were fortunately able to fit me into the new dr's schedule (I would not have driven the hour drive to Portland), it was still disappointing that I didn't get to see the actual dr (Dr Belnap) who was performing the surgery prior to the surgery. Now I will need to find a new dr and new location if I want to get my 2nd bunion done (left foot), I don't want to get attached to the new dr and then find that he ends up moving to another office further away before I have the surgery which could end up happening since they are only open in the King City/Tigard office two days a week. All that said (or rather wrote), Dr Belnap is a great dr, very personable, professional and knows his stuff, I am sad to have to find a new dr that is closer. But I don't have all day to sit in traffic either.

I saw Dr. Haynes at the Canby office recently. It was an easy location for me with lots of nearby parking. Dr. Haynes spent time with me to determine my condition. He was the 3rd podiatrist I had visited and he spent the most time with me and listened. I feel his diagnosis is correct and I will continue my foot care with Dr. Haynes.

It was a definite change from the first place and Doctor I saw. I have been to the other office for past issues and had a much better experience, but the last visit prompted me to seek a better opinion. Dr. Belnap (Tyler) was very personable and welcomed my input as to understand what my issue was. He explained possibly reasons for the pain as well as provided multiple solutions. The office staff was also friendly and I left with a much better feeling about the outcome.

Visit in May 2023. First, my gmail is not under my real name. P Templin. Found this clinic on my own after already been referred to 3 others with my issue. Have suffered for months with wrong treatments. Dr Belnap is the first Dr that explained my exrays and let me see what he was talking about. Made suggestions and explained why. Measured for insoles that visit. My best experience with any clinic I've been to and I've been to three. The office staff very pleasant and fun. The best! I'm so grateful I researched long enough to find this clinic. 5 Star experience!

Was refered by adventis health. Called for an appointment & the lady ask me to read stuff off my insursance card she keeps saying no thats not what i need yet she will not tell me exactly what she needs off the card then tells me they dont accept the insurance. My foot could be deforming with a bunion & swelling occuring overnight could need fitted shoes all shes worried about is how im going to pay. They care more about the money than the patient.
