I ran out of gas on the side of the highway in a spot with almost no shoulder. I was told by several other towing companies they couldn't get someone to me for an hour or more. Elite got a truck to me in 20 minutes with gas, helped me troubleshoot my errant fuel pump, and then followed me to nearest gas station. They did all this for less than I was quoted by other companies who would've taken twice as long to get to me. They really saved me and they did so under-budget.
