Above and beyond! I can’t thank my driver enough I wish I got his name. Came all the way to Hood River and dropped my family (I had my 8month old and two dogs) off in Beaverton safely. God bless you!

While I was at work the truck driver took it upon himself to not tow my vehicle after letting him know my insurance company changed the drop off location. Made sure to call me as soon as he pulled up, but failed to notify me that he wasn’t going to tow my vehicle.

5 hours later I come home and my car was still there.
Now, instead of my car being one step closer inside a shop so I can get back on the road. The entire process is now delayed an extra day thanks to “elite”

This company cost me time and money that I will never get back, one extra day of a rental car and one extra day of waiting for the inspector. The incompetence was real today. It’s simple, if you don’t want to pick my car up for any reason, it’s common professional courtesy to notify the customer so that they can find alternative options. There’s plenty of other tow companies that would have showed up and stepped up to do the work on time today. Unfortunately “elite” failed to do so
