Elk Rock Island reviews
16Probably my favorite park in Milwaukie. Never too busy, and always beautiful. In the spring, there might be some trouble getting to the island due to flooding.
1 go at night. 2 be a really nice night. 3 find secret path to the rocks. 4 stargaze in all its glory! 5? 6 profit.
A beautiful spot to enjoy Oregon and what we have to offer. Pretty river, good lounging beach and some trees to roam around in.
This just down the road from where I live. My wife and I walked there and enjoyed our day. Nice place to go and lounge around.
Nice little area to dip your feet into the muddy water. Fun time with my family my daughter shes 4 and our small dog and my husband of course!
Super pleasant nature area accessible when the river is low. Very nice views. Super convenient location.
Great spot in Milwaukee.alot of restoration has been done at this sit.very little homeless impact. Would definitely recommend
Right off the trolley trail is this historical landmark. In the early 1900's there was a dance hall on this island. Boats would dock and it was the place to be. Then it burned down. Now the island houses some transients and is littered. You can only walk to it during low river summer months or boat/kayak to it other times. It has a cool history that go further back than the dance hall. Its fun to wander and explore still.
This place took my breath away. I felt like I was back in Ireland. It's hidden in the middle of a city. Had a great day exploring and taking photos with my dog.
Great little hiking area close to everything! Just be out before it gets dark, no so good for the 5 and under group due to the amount of rocks otherwise a great little getaway and newly groomed access trail down to the Willamette Rivers edge!
Beautiful Island Park on the Willamette. Oddly, the park is under the jurisdiction of Multnomah County/Portland, despite the fact that both banks of the river there are Clackamas.
This is the place if u r into crawling rc's.so much to do and climb.if u go out here. Please pick up your trash.
Like exploring? This place has so much to offer: hiking trails, nature viewing, wooded areas, rock hopping, fishing, several beaches, and relaxing river views.
Great place to take in some nature. Make sure you bring extra shoes or dont wear something that you dont want get muddy and possibly wet.
I was at a friends home, the app doesn't differentiate from homes or work place, malls are trick like I wasn't at liq.store. I was at Biscuits restaurant.kinda weird
Beautiful hike around the island. Lots of families enjoying the day. Great for family photos. My dog & I enjoyed the rocky & sandy terrain.
