Elmer's Restaurant - Mall 205, Portland OR

Food was good, our waitress was very nice. Staff had other patrons socially distanced, and we felt welcomed.

Must have the hungry rancher platter. Best than other American breakfast joints around. The price and food quality will definitely bring back old family memories of a hearty breakfast.

Good place food good clean restrooms clean dining rooms people are friendly. Had a nice enjoyable time there.

My parents have been going there for years every time they go through Portland. So I thought I would try it out. Crab omelette Sour dough tosted & fruit. Oh ya can't forget the coffee. I Recommend everyone that goes through Portland to stop by check it out. Another good Restaurant down there is pig & pancakes restaurant.

Elmer's Restaurant at Mall 205, located at 9660 SE Stark Street, Portland Or 97216 is across the street from the Chestnut Tree Inn, and the 205 Place Mini Shopping Mall, not to be confused with the regular Mall 205 which is adjacent to the Elmers Restaurant. We came in to have dinner, and play the Oregon Lottery! My meal was fantastic, the waitresses and cooks were fabulous! I must say, that you might want to be somewhat alert while playing poker, after dark, anywhere along this stretch of Stark Street. The crowd was a little rougher, and I felt as if I needed to keep my wallet and monies tucked away, and do not flash money, should you win any $$$ at any of the businesses within this area! I give to Elmer's, for the great service, quick meal and lottery availability, the staff are fantabulous, and we will surely be coming back for more meals in the future!

I love this place at anytime of the day. Staff is extremely safe under the Covid hike, but professionally wonderful. The food is great, with special concoctions every week.

Food is.pretty good and the workers are friendly they do follow the social distancing guidelines they are very strict about customers following the guidelines as far as social distancing they won't let you in without a mask I like the way they enforce the face mask and social distancing even in the bar they are good.

Was there in 2017 and the food was great, so was the service. The blonde manager was the single most beautiful woman that I have ever seen! I'm not exaggerating!

The bartender was very nice and cordial. Biscuits and gravy is a great choice if your looking to get full on a budget.

Recently went with my grandmother, they are doing their best with social distancing during covid-19 and their dutch babies are as good as ever!

They accommodated my family for my sis' birthday after two stops at other restaurants could not. They seated us socially distanced but close enough so we could all visit. Manager and server were both excellent! Thank you!

Every time ive been here its always busy but the food is really good and the staff is always friendly.

We had to ask for silverware, ask for our salad dressing, extra glasses were never removed so the table got very crowded. Steak was terribly overdone and vegetables were cold. Would never classify this as one of my favorite places.

Great food and great service. We even thought we left our phome there and during a very busy time, they took the time to go search around the table for us. Luckily it was dropped in the car so it was found later, greta staff.

We eat here everytime we go to Portland. OR Excellent menu, great service, break fast served all day! Ample free parking and great ambiance.

Service has been great for me, but I've heard various stories of poor customer service. I love the food, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the only one you can have any time of the day. I enjoyed their skillets. The booths and tables feel a little claustrophobic and walled off, making the whole place feel a little closed off and unwelcoming.

Very professional yet hospital crew made the dining experience quite enjoyable. Will be coming back here.
