Members are friendly and helpful, staff is quick to respond with any questions or help needed. Great place to workout and welcoming to kids. I have a membership for my son and love taking him in to play basketball.

Would give this gym an easy 5 star review if it wasn't for the terrible loud music. Why do gyms do this to us? $? Even with my headphones turned up to damaging levels creed, backstreet boys, and cher etc bleeds through. Guantamo Bay torture. Big gym without crowds though.

Walked in the door and immediately gained 30lbs of lean muscle. It's getting hard to fit through doors, but now I can bench your mom.

Kinda spendy for what is offers (just my opinion), no family deals. It does have a number of cardio workout machines (bikes, treadmills, ellipticas, stairclimers, and more) and plenty of free weights, small basketball court, aerobic workout room, lots cable pull machines.
No showers. Workout casses are included with membership. Convenience of 24 hours is nice.

Please remove this breach of trust.and hipaa violation on sharing my very private information to all who read this. I do not want to turn this violation in, but I also don't need my private information on this public board. I also don't need any information about my personal life on the board unless I put it on there myself. Thank you, I'll give you a few days before I call my insurance company.

Good equipment and amount if free weights for a small town gym and 24/7 hours offers convenience.
The judgemental attitude of a couple staff and a couple members bring it down but most members are cool. The gym may be the most relaxing experience I have during the day I don’t need an rbf looking at me. Some of the treadmills have needed servicing for a while because they skip or will just stop all of a sudden
but others work fine.
I don’t understand why one of these reviews was responded to as “spam review” because it seemed pretty accurate to me.
Never been to the classes but they seem popular with nice knowledgeable trainers.

I've been going to this gym for 3 months now and so far I like it. I love how it's open to all members 24hrs a day and the staff are really friendly. My only few complaints is the thermostat is set at 63 degrees which is way too cold during winter for a building with high ceilings. Normally gyms are supposed to be set between 68 & 72 degrees. Also the parking is a bit limited. Lastly is the price. A very spendy monthly bill and you don't have other amenities like a tanning booth or a locker room. They have lockers, but they're out in the main area and half of them are missing keys or the keys just don't work for some reason.

The gym got worse after the Creswell location closed. Their renovations didn't include locker rooms. Instead, they just moved all the equipment to one location. This mostly just means there are duplicates of machines and more people, no improvements.

If you give a negative review you will be contacted, not to address any of your concerns, but rather to tell you to go elsewhere and to complain about your rating (so much for constructive criticism). They could have corrected the situation in a myriad ways, perhaps waving the cancellation fee? Or not having a cancellation fee, which is a gouge for the entirety of a 6 month membership. They made no efforts to address my actual complaints.

The extremely rude owners spam-write reviews for their own business and obviously recruited generic 5 star reviews, mostly (entirely?) from employees or family.

From Googles review policy:
Conflict of interest: Reviews are most valuable when they are honest and unbiased. If you own or work at a place, please don’t review your own business or employer. Don’t offer or accept money, products, or services to write reviews for a business or to write negative reviews about a competitor. If you're a business owner, don't set up review stations or kiosks at your place of business just to ask for reviews written at your place of business.

Edit to owner response: Everything in this review is 100% true. The owners and employees used their real names to review their own business. When I used my name, they sent an email to berate me, then never responded when I replied. If they put half the effort into customer service that they do into manipulating reviews, maybe there wouldn't be multiple reviews with these same complaints. And geeze.responding to a negative review with passive-aggressive references to someone's divorce is really low. Why would anyone use their real name when people like that are out there responding?
