The office staff was very friendly and very helpful. They made my transition from my sleep center that shut down to Emerald a very painless and effortless situation on my part. I am very Thankful for the Emerald Sleep Disorder Center very much. Thank you for everything and just being there.

All they care about is putting you on a CPAP machine. I cannot tolerate this machine, every time I use it fills up my stomach with air aka aerophagia as soon as I fall asleep it wakes me up an hour later when it does it, every time it makes me barf. And the times that I do not it just leaves me severely nauseous and gives me headaches. And makes life not worth living. They they love to set up a lot of appointments that cost $50 each and doing sleep studies for $1,200 in lab and 275$ with a at home sleep study

I will be returning my machine asap, let's hope they give me an option for an "oral appliance"

This was my first visit to Emerald Sleep Disorder Center, ESDC, in several years. I was immediately impressed with the support staff’s friendliness and professionalism. Then I met Dr. Lisa Olson, and was again very impressed. She is also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She gave me more information about my sleep disorder than any doctor has since my original sleep study in 2010! I highly recommend ESDC.

I appreciate that the people who work at ESD are friendly, professional and don't make you feel time pressed. Lisa Stevens is a wonderful advocate for the sleep clinic

Receptionist was nice and helpful, I was seen quickly, the Nurse practitioner was excellent. She took her time, asked and answered all questions. I learned what I needed to know to go forward.

Emerald Sleep Disorders was an excellent choice for my sleeping issues. The staff are very professional. The Physicians are extraordinary, brilliant, and very thorough. I am very impressed with their care and concern.

My wait was way too long. 38 minutes before I was seen by the Lisa. I barely made my next Dr appointment at River Bend hospital.

The staff at ESDC is so kind. I rarely find such good service with any medical services. No complaints. The very best!

I've been with emerald sleep disorders since the early 2000s. They have made my life much more livable! Dr Irbe is the absolute best at what he does! All of the staff is top-notch! I have recommended them to many friends over the years who have had sleep problems. They do a complete work up on everybody, and they are very realistic in their treatment approaches. They make sure that you are doing everything that you can naturally before they even start thinking about medication or machines. They are always on top of all the latest developments in medications and treatments.

I feel I am in good hands, when I have my follow up appointment. My CPAP equipment is checked.the office is clean and the associates are punctual, polite and friendly.

From initial sleep study to follow up, my experience with ESDC has been great. Two people stand out to me, Melissa and Lisa. And of course Dr. Irbe! Both ladies have made what I had anticipated would be a horrible experience into the exact opposite. Pleasant and informative. Dr. Irbe was so personable and professional a great combination. A great team!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Irbe and his staff. I have been a patient at ESDC since 2015 and have always been pleased with the care I receive. I never feel rushed or less important than other patients. I wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars!

Friendly staff for most part. Went through 2 studies. I could not tolerate cpap mask. There were no other options for me here. No referrals, suggestions, ideas, just go to your primary care provider for more options. I thought thats why this place was here guess not. 40% of apnea patients can't tolerate mask i figured they would have options apparently I was wrong.
The name of this place would be more accurate
as Emerald CPAP sales for sleep apnea. That's all they do. Ultimately disappointed

After many many years of having my life centered around always being sleepy, I finally feel like I found a Doctor that can give me answers. The facilities are comfortable for the sleep study and the staff absolutely wonderful. The Dr is direct and gets straight to the point, which I appreciate, and still took my feedback and experiences into account.
