Called about an emergency same day my tooth extraction, a woman picked up said " you already called & hung up on me '' I proceeded to say my phone is having connection problems and she proceeded to hang up. Now they're just letting it ring. After numerous times of calling back it's going straight to voicemail.

Very bad practice, terrible. Their hours are not listed correctly online, went there a few times, always to find them closed, can barely get a call back. When someone I know left them a bad review because of this they sent a message saying " because of the bad review you submitted, your appointment has been cancelled". Very unprofessional
