She helped us with the sale of a property in Beaverton OR, successfully negotiating a no-contingency deal close to our target price, even though the market was slowing drastically due to higher interest rates and fears about the economy. She gave us solid input and advice throughout the sale, and made the resources of her office readily available when we needed to hash through some potential complexities that could have come up.

Emma is indispensable. We were lucky enough to be referred to her by a friend, and I do not think we could possibly have gotten the lovely house we wound up buying without her help. Obviously home buying is always stressful, but with Emma, we were never once stressed about anything that could possibly be avoided. We knew we'd get to see the houses, we knew she'd make us aware of any issues she saw with a property, we knew her inspectors were trustworthy and thorough, we knew that our bid would be strong, we knew the paperwork was taken care of. Emma made finding us a house in this busy market a breeze.
