Emperor Georgiou's Tea Room

My friends and I frequent this tea room at least several times a year and love it. The "meh" review is strictly regarding some of the food we had. Service and atmosphere are still amazing. I loved my tea (decaf lavender and vanilla), the scone and the soup. I had a hard time with the desserts. Two of the three desserts were very dry and the cookie had a very interesting aftertaste.

My partner and I have been here several times already and love everything about our experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The tea service is, pardon my pun, out of this world.

Reservations are recommended, but we've been fortunate enough to have tea service as a walk-in as well.

We had a fantastic time at Emperor Georgiou's Tea Room! The food was absolutely fantastic (we had 1 regular and 1 gluten-free Uhura tea service). The atmosphere was so detailed and peaceful, and the service was wonderful. Would recommend to everyone (Star Trek lovers and future Star Trek fans alike)!

Awesome! The staff here are amazing! I'm an omnivore but they're plant based menu leaves nothing to be desired. Truly excellent food and a wonderful tea selection! All in a truly inclusive environment.

Exceptional service from attentive staff who have knowledge of the tea selections. The kitchen did a wonderful job on flavors. The winter menu was earthy, green, fresh, filling, and delicious. The sandwiches and pastries were constructed delicately. Our family tradition of holiday tea will continue and it will now always occur here.

Fantastic bites (some of the best food I've ever eaten, honestly!) and impressive tea list in a Star Trek themed space. What's not to love?:)

It was absolutely awesome! The venue was gorgeous, the tea and food were both delicious, the staff was attentive and fun. I would absolutely recommend.

A fun experience. The tea selection was outstanding with something to please everyone. The menu is a variety of vegetarian and vegan with a couple gluten-free options. The apple scone and molasses cookie were my favorites.

Lovely place with a refreshing vibe. I felt right at home despite not having experience with tea service. Our waiter was genuine, humorous, and helpful. I absolutely loved the trek theme as a life long trek fan.

On a Sunday afternoon, my boyfriend and I were fortunate to be seated promptly without reservations, allowing us to savor a delightful afternoon tea. We will be back to try other tea service.

If you are a Trek fan, run don't walk to this place! Great service, lovely owners and the Star Trek immersion is just right.

Super cute Star Trek themed high tea place! Had the Uhura tea service and it was all high quality sweets and treats. Huge plus that most things are allergy/dietary restriction friendly. Great selection of teas, including decaf and herbal teas. Service was incredible, friendly and attentive but not too overbearing. Can't wait to be back!

Spent a few hours here this afternoon with a friend and it was SO lovely…. The service, atmosphere, tea, and food…all amazing and delicious. Will be back with more friends and family. Thank you for an amazing time!

Also…Lady Grey tea was good. My friend had the one with coffee in it and also loved it.

It was okay. The food was good, the tea was fantastic, the wait staff was amazing, but the parking was impossible. The decor on the inside was a bit tacky and not well thought out, but that's just looks. Would recommend.

I had a blast! Talk about the best geeky experience and the food and service is amazing. Super dietary restriction conscious. All the service is vegetarian and alcohol fee to begin with. All the food was good and the tea is amazing. And they let you take home the leftovers. 100% will go again seasonally hopefully.

Delightful tea house that has a Star Trek theme. If you have a party of six or more they prefer a reservation which I did not see on the website at bottom.
At first they were a little put off by our arrival at the end. They're located in the wonderful historical district of Kenton right on the corner. Most importantly the restrooms were extremely clean that are ADA assessable.

When I was 13 and loved Star Trek-but had to hide it for fear of getting bullied-I could have never imagined that years later, when my own son was 13, we would all get in our Starfleet uniforms and head to a magical place called Emperor Georgiou's Tea Room! I am amazed by this place and how it honors the vision of Star Trek and a hope for a better universe. And the food is incredible! So vegan- friendly, too. We are already planning our next trip back! The front manager Dani and owner Brendan were very welcoming and made sure my husband and I were enjoying our tea throughout our reservation window. Truly exceptional service. The tea parlor is artfully decorated and comfortable. The vibe was so relaxed and welcoming- much more than any tea parlor I’ve visited. The savory foods and tea were amazing- especially the bean dip and sandwiches. The dessert was good too. Will visit again.
