Even though I was searching for a small amount of tile to match an existing older tile, the staff and Alex was eager to help me. He offered many suggestions to help me make an educated decision.
Walked into their store looking to purchase tile. Three employees sat behind the desk nobody greeted us and it was obvious that the customer service there lacks. Go somewhere else.
Frustrations handled. This local branch is great. Great people who do great work. Emser as a corporation seems to have many issues and problems, but I always find solutions to hiccups and headaches from the local Eugene team.
