I just went in for a diagnostic, and they gave me all the quotes I needed, even for things I thought were wrong, but forgot to mention. Zero pressure to do the work too, they were more interested in me knowing what the issues were. Once we budget and plan for it, we will be going to get the work done. Thanks!

L found E&N through a Google search and saw all those positive reviews, so I thought, why not give them a shot. I'm glad I did! I got my Toyota Echo's starter installed yesterday morning, and I couldn't be happier. I've been to a lot of mechanics and auto shops in the past, but this place is top-notch. I walked in there to get a quote on my vehicle a/c and this young man/women starting yelling at me talking about I have to wait until she is finished with the previous customer. As she started to help me, she caught an attitude with me because I wouldn’t give her my keys for her to check my a/c out herself, i was appalled. I informed her I do not think that’s how business work and she rolled her eyes and said leave your name and number and I will have someone call you. When they called me, they scheduled for me to come in and have my a/c checked out.mind you i walked in with a jeep, and they tried to give me the keys to a Honda Civic when my work was “supposedLy completed”. When i went to turn on my a/c, it was blowing hot air

When moving to a new area, it's sometimes a bit challenging to find a trusted mechanic. My go-to for finding a quality shop is first through word of mouth, and second, based off online reviews. When looking for a shop after moving to the Milwaukie area, I posted the question to a local area Facebook page, and got an overwhelming number of responses stating that E&N was the place to go. The reviews I found online backed that up. Having worked in customer service, it's an aspect of every business that I hold in high regard. I was not let down when I made the call to E&N. From the friendly person who set me up with an appointment, to the great communication and explanations from the technician who performed our pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle we were looking to buy, I was highly impressed. Since that first experience years ago, I continually see people recommending E&N to others, and for good reason. The only negative thing I can say about E&N (but not worthy of dropping a star off the rating), is that due to their loyal customer base and reputation in the area as a solid shop, it can be challenging to get booked for service. In the situation where I have needed to get work done and their schedule wasn't able to accommodate, they were quick to help by suggesting another local shop that they trust to do good work.

Bottom line: if you're looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop that treats their customers well and has competitive pricing, look no further than E&N.

UPDATED. Had them do a detail on my vehicle. Was lied to. I specifically told them I wanted the focus more on the interior but not only. Well I got my truck back later in the day and my dash was messed up. I went there the next day to talk to them about it. As soon as I walked in the door the girl at the desk doesn't say, hi, good morning, how can I help you. She immediately says, we didn't touch the outside of your truck. I said well that's a lie but that's not why I am here. They clearly did the outside of the truck because it looked like the truck had throw up all over the outside of the driver's door along with big swirl marks on my hood and passenger rear quarter panel. Well they used the wrong chemical on my dash. It burned the center piece around the radio. When they brought it back to me I was busy at work. They dropped it off and basically said see ya. Well when I went and looked they had drowned the dash in tire dressing. I thought that's odd. Well being that I work for a new car dealer. I asked our detailer what happened and he told me. So their fix was to take my now ruined dash and cover up the damage they did with tire dressing. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Do not do business with these guys. This is what they did to my dash. This is cleaned by me, it's dry. No chemical or anything in the pics. If you want a messed up car or truck that they will take no responsibility for along with extremely poor service. Go here! They can steal your hard earned money. Not to mention the detail was very poor. They missed a bunch of OBVIOUS stuff all over the interior. Didn't do the dash vents. Left stuff I took my shop vac at home and had to get myself. Wasn't stuck on stuff as it vacuumed right up. Just either pure laziness or lack of knowledge on common sense of detailing. UPDATE, changed to 5. The owner reached out to me and made things more than right. He apologized, re detailed the truck inside and out. He also cleaned my passenger seat the second day again for me at no charge because I spilled something on the seat myself. I offered to pay and he declined. I heard from social media that they were so great! So when my Ford fiesta wouldn’t start after the ice storm, I needed help ASAP. They helped me with a tow and figured out it was my transmission control module. I don’t have it back yet as they are waiting on a part, but the part will be here Wednesday and they will get me going after almost 2 weeks. (not because of them, I was a victim of the Southwest meltdown) E &N will forever be my go to!

Not only does my car ride smooth as butter, but their prices are excellent, and customer service is amazing! Thank you E&N for fixing our car, and keeping our family safe on the road!

Quick service. I received a loaner as the repairs needed were more than a day which was nice. Price was fair and work done was of excellent quality. Thanks again! I will be back if future repairs come up.

I cannot say enough about this family owned and operated business. Not only is the customer service top notch, but their work is amazing. We took my husbands work truck in, which is also his mobile office. We own an excavation company and he is a hands on owner. Meaning in the ditch, in the mud, in the live sewer manholes, and this thing was gross. Dropped it off for a detailing inside and out in the morning. Picked it up that afternoon and if it wasn’t for the logo on the side, I wouldn’t have known it was our truck. It looked better then when we bought it. And they didn’t charge an arm and leg. They made sure we were happy when we left and for the first time in a long time I didn’t feel the need to get a tetanus shot after driving that thing. They even cleaned the bed! The only place we will be going for detailing from now on.

E&N has always made me feel welcome and like my business mattered to them. I had an issue at one point and had one of the owners reach out to me to make sure I was taken care of and that the experience had their attention. It was more of a misunderstanding but the fact that the owner reached out to inquire made feel important. They have always been fair and honest. Vehicle maintenance and repair can be a very untrustworthy venture but E&N is definitely a place where integrity matters and long term customers are a regular. One experience will keep you coming back for your vehicle needs.

They have detailed a couple cars and most recently our Honda Odyssey. Can’t say enough good things about these people. Awesome customer service too

I tend to run every errand possible in my car along with running a cleaning business and being a mom, my car gets neglected 85% of the time. I took my car to E&N for a wash and detailing and they will forever have business with me and my vehicles! My car looked like it did when I picked it up from the dealership the first time I got it!
