I recently remodeled my house and decided to build a proper home theater as well as install some ceiling speakers. I had some older high end gear, but wasn’t sure ho to go about updating everything or how to make it all work together. Clark and Jeff listened to what I was trying to do, got to understand my priorities and budget, then helped me design a new system. What I really liked about working with them is they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of new gear - they showed me how to get the most out of what I already had, then recommended some new components within my budget that got me to where I wanted to be. Very friendly and knowledgeable about my DVD player problem. Diagnosed the issue and replaced the old blue ray player.

About 7 years so we updated our home audio system with the help of Encore Audio. They did a great job determining which components we needed to replace and which could stay and then made sure everything worked perfectly after the installation. A 5 star rating!
Recently, we updated our television sets and added Apple TV and a Roku Streaming Stick. Again we chose Encore Audio and again they did a great job. From the crew that delivered and did the install, to Jeff Grove who came out and made sure everything was set properly and working properly, we again give Encore Audio a 5 star rating. I worked with Clark at Encore to build a new stereo system that fit my budget and provided the best audio equipment for my needs. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he was able to put all the pieces together with a few suggestions. Most of the communication was done via email and phone and ending with a very safe pickup at the store location. Clark was also very responsive with calls about troubleshooting and product advice. Now that the equipment is all installed I can't imagine my living room without it. 100% recommend using Encore. These guys have been in it for a long time and know what they are talking about.

The REL S510 has made a phenomenally positive impact on my audio experience. Had been shopping other brands, but with the excellent advice from the Encore team, I now have the perfect solution for my listening needs.

These guys are top notch. They are responsive and knowledgeable. We had some tricky requests and the answer was never no. It was always, let's figure out a way to do it. Still calling them 6 months later as I continue to add more features to our C4 system. And they've never let me down. I’ve seen reviews that are unrealistic in my view. When working with technology things can be unpredictable. Expecting to hook up all this stuff flip a switch and it magically works perfectly is crazy. They've solved every problem eventually. And the "never give up" attitude is what I value more than speed.
