Smells like mildew and B. O.when you walk in. The car that picked us up smelled like mildew and B. O.as well. It's pretty overwhelming. The person who picked us up didn't even look like they worked for Enterprise. Maybe give them a company shirt so they seem official. It was almost like they just came off the street. The people are ok inside, nothing to rave about in terms of customer service. Besides that pretty meh.

Some employees are willing to work with you. But it’s a bit ridiculous that I pay my insurance for the privilege of getting a luxury car as a rental, but when you go their they want you to pay extra for a luxury car even though I pay monthly for that privilege.

Honestly a much better experience all around in comparison to 102nd street. They did not have initial availability I was reouted to 102nd where they meticulously fought to get $5/day upsell which is fine but I don’t need out of pocket expenses with insurance coverage. I went back to this location and Preston heard me out and had me out of there in 5 mins and also getting two other guests set up same time. Very efficient and professional approach to clients, would book again for personal use

These guys are superb. Got us in a rental same day as my accident. Next day let us exchange it due to mechanical issues. Never have we had a negative experience with Enterprise

Horrible customer service and they refuse service, to help if you have a bad service with them before, even tho it’s all there fault, can’t do there job right, they wouldn’t help and it’s waste of your time renting a car. Don’t know why they allowed people like that working there? What a shamed and embarrassing of them to act that way. Anyways moving on to next ️

I had a wonderful encounter with Vika at SE Stark, Rockwood, Oregon, and Assistant Branch Manager Caleb Toman at SE 82nd Ave Portland, Oregon. They both gave me the best service and made me feel confident about using Enterprise when renting a car in the future. Caleb and Vika's courteous, amiable, and extremely competent service is greatly appreciated. Both are without a question are an asset for Enterprise. Caleb and Vika, thank you so much.

Great customer service by Tiffany! I had mechanical damages and insurance got me a rental. The process was smooth and they got me all squared away. Will definitely be back!

Enterprise has quickly become my go-to rental agency. They charge more than other agencies, but the additional value more than compensates: friendly staff, convenient locations, clean vehicles, drop-offs after vehicle returns and a fair damage claim team. I won’t rent from another agency.

I was in a car accident so my vehicle was in the shop at Caliber Collision across the street for a few weeks. It was really convenient to be able to walk across the street to get a rental. The process was quick and easy when I picked up the rental and when I brought it back when my car was ready after the repairs were completed. Everyone was courteous and professional.

The folks here were very nice and helpful as I was having my car repaired at a local shop and had no idea how long it was going to take to repair, they happily picked me up at the repair shop and got me into my choice of vehicles on their lot (a sporty blue Challenger had caught my eye) quickly so I could get myself off to work, and still not knowing when my car was going to be repaired I was able to just call them and tell them that I needed it a little longer and they were happy to modify my contract for me.
I had the challenger for two weeks (got 1 warning for excessive speed) and got her back with out any issues, in fact they were happy to give me one more ride in her to get my repaired Subaru back.

Initially we had a pretty good experience getting a car rented while ours was in the shop. Insurance was covering the cost but we chose to get the extra collision coverage for the first week while we got used to the car. When the week was up we called and had it cancelled over the phone. Now after having returned it, I must have misread the receipt and noticed they had charged the insurance for the full month instead of just a week. After finally getting a hold of a manager I was told they had no record of us calling and cancelling the coverage at all and that there was nothing they could do. What I thought was a simple mixup that they could easily take care of turned into them saying there’s nothing they can do and refusing to make it right.

Make sure you get the names of every single person you talk to because if someone makes a mistake and doesn’t have a note in the system they won’t help you at all.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a company. I know the people are just doing their jobs but it sounds like it’s just a terrible policy from the company itself.

I’m waiting to hear from their national customer support to see what can be done but I’m not holding my breath.

It was super easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle, both folks who worked with me were kind and friendly. I have no need to look elsewhere for rentals as they are within walking distance of my house.

The staff was nice and courteous however, when we arrived to pick up our car they did not have the class that we reserved and our only option was to take a much smaller vehicle that did not fit all our gear for a 2 week road trip. We were told we could easily swap out for another larger car at any Enterprise. We went to 5-6 other Enterprises and no one would give us a car, stated they were all reserved. I called Enterprise multiple times and they told me they also could not reserve a car for us. We were on a road trip and did not have two days to wait around in some unknown town for another car. The size of the car was very cramped as we planned for a regular sized SUV. In addition the car had transmission issues and often revved very high or wouldn't switch gears and we couldn't get up to speed. Since there were no SUV's available we were afraid to swap out the car as we would most likely end up with a smaller car. Over all it was not a good car experience. We go to Enterprise because we always thought they were reliable, dependable and easy to work with. But in this transaction that was not the case.
