Great place to rent a car and this one won't say the car is stolen during your rental period

Jake was pleasant and very professional in helping me while my car was in the shop, and Leila was also very helpful the day I returned the vehicle. This Enterprise location is excellent and I will use them again if I find myself in need of transportation.

Beware. Scam! And Fraud! They don’t give you a copy of your rental agreement. They come to your home at 6am to try and collect payment without an any notice. So called manager Jason Steenberg will call you past business hours and disregards how to conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Don’t be surprised to get text messages late at night around 9pm or 10pm. Wonder how he would feel if someone showed up at his home or knocked on his door at 6am. Well this is just an example of poor leadership. They may change the fees of the rental amount with out telling you and charge your card with out a rental agreement or authorization. It is really sad because they used to be a great company that had great core values and Treated customers with professionalism, respect, kindness and integrity. For the tualatin location specifically the commercial truck department they will lose your business and personal information and request it for it again without an apology or explanation, but will be sure to ask to run your credit a couple times for there compliance. When asked to speak to corporate Jason Steenberg the manager of the tualatin commercial truck location said he is corporate and that I will have to deal with him, Hmm…That’s weird. Well This was the only location I have ever had an issue with. I have rented from enterprise for seven plus years and am very disappointed on how my business account was handled. So maybe the right people will see this to help make positive changes and maybe not. Only thing I do know is I will be forwarding this situation to seek legal counsel for the harassment that was received and unethical business practices. My recommendation is to Never rent from tualatin enterprise. Not all enterprise locations are bad, Just this one. Exotics in Beaverton and any other location is wonderful. Also have them print out a rental agreement because they won’t email it to you even though they say they will. Again this review is only for the Tualatin location in Oregon specifically the truck rentals and Jason Steenberg.

I have rented here before. It was years ago though. Nice and clean cars. Detailing crew was on point. I will be renting a car in Spokane WA soon.

As a business owner, I needed a truck ASAP. Jeff made that happen. They told me Monday and he got the truck to me Friday night he truly went above and beyond for us.

The guys at Tualatin were super professional, helpful and caring. Another branch did not have any cars after I had been in an accident and the insurance sent me there, but the Tualatin branch got me set up right away and took care of me.

My total experience with Enterprise was fantastic. Very fast and friendly service picking up and dropping off. The vehicle was clean, filled with fuel, and performed flawlessly.

No cars again today, Nick Crouch oversees this branch along with many others. I hope its extreme incompetence and limited intelligence causing this because any other reason would be sinister. It is terrible when an emergency arrives, and no cars are available. I feel for all the employees Nick Crouch has put in a terrible position, and all the loyal customers that will not rent from Enterprise in the future. Get some cars or work the counter yourself Nick, see how you like getting yelled at 52 hours a week.

Try to add extra insurance. Pushy.our coverage was fine. Still tried adding it. 2020 nobody has extra cash. Repairs

I had to rent a car over Thanksgiving and was initially concerned about availability and the fact I was renting from a non airport location for the first time in years. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated both at time of pickup and drop-off but the people were great and so was the car. I would definitely recommend dealing with the people at this location. All in all I am very happy with this experience.

While I enjoy renting vehicles from Enterprise for long trips, I do not like how the price seems to increase each time I rent. They've also taken away the option of total vehicle coverage for a single $ amount per day and replaced it with four individual options which jumps the price from "up to $19.99 a day" to over $100 a day. It seems like they are trying to advantage of renters. I get it, we're in the age of Covid-19, and like many others they're struggling to turn a profit. But I'm pretty sure they aren't struggling the way myself and countless are. Instead of increasing prices and driving clients away to other providers, maybe you should offer us some incentives for renting from Enterprise. I will continue renting, that is, until I find a cheaper alternative. It's too bad though, I loved doing business with them.

Customer service was good, and the price was very good. We had to wait a bit, as the vehicle was not ready, even though it had been reserved a couple of days in advance. There was a paper inside the vehicle stating that it had been cleaned according to whatever standards, but it clearly had NOT. The dashboard was dusty, there was a sticky spill on the center console around the cup holder, and some sticky on the seat handle (not cleaner residue). Other than that, all was fine.
