Really like the staff! Can say enough about their commitment to helping the customer. I like Enterprise and use them when I travel.

Now is not a good time to rent a car. You will probably get a weaker, smaller, worse car then you reserve/ call in to confirm. You will pay a fortune for the car they give you. I wanted a Chevy Malibu and they gave me a Kona. They assured me that even though the car has 30 less cubic feet, it is somehow a bigger car and I will love it even though the suspension is shot, the stereo is garbage.and it has alignment issues. Perfect for a long road trip. Just get a plane ticket. Then rent a car in a different town.

The people in Eugene OR are criminals, but the guy in Rosenberg OR made it right, I give my best regards to him!

Set an appointment over the phone was headed out the door to go to the appointment to pick up the rental. When i was called by a rep from the local office telling me that they didn't have anything available till the next day despite what I was told. Extremely unprofessional. And very frustrating.

I have used rental cars about eight times in my life. This was painless and easy. The gentleman that helped me out was very kind and explained everything. I would definitely come back here again it's save time and was very convenient. I unfortunately don't have any photos to add oh, but this place is very easy to find.

We had a fender bender. We went to get the repair. We felt as if the the lady was rude and like we should have walked to enterprise. The car was nice but not cleaned. Even though our insurance was to cover the vehicle we were shamed that the insurance had not contacted them yet. Telling us how bad it was. Please be more professional. Its a stressful time to be badgering people over what other companies are doing. Not the people themselves. Dont run cards before letting the people know. Giving them charges on thier bank

Rental was a nice new Nissan Versa 2021 and was super clean and was super simple to rent and return.
