Had a great experience on the phone setting things up, and an equally pleasant experience in person during pick up and drop off. Very helpful and courteous. The car was brand new, under 25k miles, and fulfilled our needs while my car was in the shop. Will absolutely go to this Enterprise again, thanks!

Mission Branch on Mission St. Salem, OR. -They were great! They made the process quick and easy. The two gentleman I dealt with on my pickup and then my return, were efficient and professional. I would rent from this branch again. The car we rented was perfect!

Poor customer service! It don't matter how long you been renting with them and how much money you've spent with the. Your Loyalty Membership mean nothing.

Easy and quick check out experience, always get a follow up call to make sure things are okay.

I have had awesome experiences with Enterprise. I have been a member since 2008 and I have used most of their cars. I really love using Enterprise rental. The Cars are clean. I will always rent from Enterprise. 100 stars in my book.

The customer service was nothing special, the first vehicle had drug Paraphernaliai the car was not clean There is no apologiesi could not use a car that had needles and needle caps in the door pocket, I was texted from a personal phone, I feel like there is some discrimination going on. Due to the fact that 1 time, the car was paid up until a certain time from car insurance. And I had a balance of like $1200. I told them that I would get it taken care of and it taken care of and it was paid in full. And then this last time I had a balance owing of over a $100 and I told them that I was out on a family emergency. As 415 miles away from Salem. And I didn't have good service. I got home like really late. It was like 2 AM and I didn't get a chance to get it taken care of and by 10 AM it was already being told by the toe company. I didn't even get a chance to give them my card number even though I had given it to the 1 800 enterprise number before and I asked them why they towed it they said because of the condition of the vehicle I said I hadn't had a chance to get it cleaned he then screamed at me. I live around the corner it wasn't even towed it drives back. I was treated very unfairly I asked for the supervisor name he said he will tell them to call me he never provided corporates number he hung up on me.

They were awesome and so helpful at a time when it seemed like everything was being thrown at me way too fast. My poor car got totaled and Enterprise was suggested by my insurance. I would absolutely recommend them. I loved my toaster car.

ALL of your agents/ staff are Awesome in the 3 locations I've worked with in the past 8 years! Most recently, Tigard on Pacific hwy 99, the Salem team on 99/ Mission and again at the McLoughlin/Milwaukie/Gladstone location!

Very friendly & helpful they try to accommodate to a vehicle to your needs. They even called me the next day to see if the vehicle is working ok for me.

Needed a vehicle for a week. 4 days into the rental, I was able to return the vehicle to a different location than originally planned. The manger at the Salem, Oregon branch, where I rented and had planned to return too, reduced the return fee, without my prompting after explaining the situation and, then later when there was a charge discrepancy, the Salem Oregon team quickly addressed and fixed the issues.
The price might be higher than some other joints, but I value service and commitment, which is what I've always experienced with the Salem Oregon Enterprise location and team.

My I rented a standard SUV to pick up an antique dresser at a town a short drive away. The vehicle was comfortable and allowed us to fit the dresser, an ice chest and three adults for a weekend excursion.

Bryson truly went above and beyond for my husband and I today. Our insurance messed up our reservation/claim. Bryson not only worked with them on the phone but he also helped other customers in between being on hold with our insurance company. He conducted himself professionally and cooly in a really busy time all while he was multi-tasking. Very impressive guy. Very grateful for his help today!

This is the main vehicle rental business I use. I can continuously expect a professional experience while visiting this establishment. Bryson always makes sure I am satisfied with my business transactions. There is generally a wide variety of vehicles to select from and the price is right. I highly recommend this business location for your car rental needs.

Added the Sirius XM option to my rental. At the time I picked up the vehicle it was known to the staff that they were having issues with it, and yet, no mention of it. First day out they called to check on my satisfaction. I mentioned the lack of the Sirius XM and they said they'd look into it and call me back. Never received a call and they never addressed it until I turned the vehicle back in. That's when they told me they'd been having problems with initiating the option for several weeks. That's poor customer service in my book.

The staff at Mission St. Enterprise Rent-A-Car are top notch! Bryson was great help with my long term rental and was always willing to go above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!
