Great service. They dropped off the rental vehicle at the body shop that was repairing my vehicle and picked it up there after the repair was completed. They made it quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I had to extend my contract multiple times due to a car repair problem and Enterprise was excellent to deal with.

I use this Enterprise frequently in my coaching season and they have been great to work with. Every rental Enterprise has had the correct cars ready, are always expecting us, get us checked in quickly and show us the features of the car. I receive a text with a number if I ever run into problems, which I have not, and I have received follow up calls and emails. This business is doing it right.

No troubles renting from Bend Enterprise and the staff were friendly. The only thing I didn't care for for was the fact you have to wait 20 minutes or so to get your vehicle when you arrive to pick-up. I hadn't planned for that and it caught me off guard. Other Enterprises I've rented from had a vehicle ready upon arrival. I would rent from them again!

Outrageous pricing. My sister's rented for 10 days for $3000.00 and didn't get the vehicle they reserved.

Had a great experience with the Bend Enterprise while my car was in the shop. They allowed me to switch my vehicle multiple times to allow for lifestyle changes. On delivery day I arrived early and was planning to wait in the car until they opened. However one of the gentleman came out within a few min and offered to help me early so I could get to work. They even offered me a ride to the shop to pick up my car so I didn’t have to order an Uber. Service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!
