Good luck getting a car to drive to another enterprise location. You can be stranded 4 hours away with kids coming home. No compassion.
Feel like a bait and switch. Reserved car and they did have one available + gave a run a round and we're untruthful. Now having to wait for management.
Really saved me when I accidentally flew into north bend instead of Redmond. The drive was beautiful
Counter staff was super friendly, and bailed us out of a jam where we unexpectedly didn't have a rental on a late Sunday afternoon before the holiday.
Truck was nice but had issues kept stalling when I slow to stop. Then they charged $50 cleaning fee after when it wasn’t clean inside when they gave it to me.
Even though we reserved the vehicular a week in advance it still took well over an hour to rent the vehicle.
If I had a different option I would use them but they are all we have local.
