Enterprise Truck Rental, Tualatin OR

Rented a truck for moving. Originally reserved the truck online, but found I needed to confrim availailability with the local agent. No problems - Ryan helped me through the process and was helpful and professional through the entire process of picking up the truck and returning it. Truck fully met my needs and expectations.

Beware. Scam! And Fraud! They don’t give you a copy of your rental agreement. They come to your home at 6am to try and collect payment without an any notice. So called manager Jason Steenberg will call you past business hours and disregards how to conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Don’t be surprised to get text messages late at night around 9pm or 10pm. Wonder how he would feel if someone showed up at his home or knocked on his door at 6am. Well this is just an example of poor leadership. They may change the fees of the rental amount with out telling you and charge your card with out a rental agreement or authorization. It is really sad because they used to be a great company that had great core values and Treated customers with professionalism, respect, kindness and integrity. For the tualatin location specifically the commercial truck department they will lose your business and personal information and request it for it again without an apology or explanation, but will be sure to ask to run your credit a couple times for there compliance. When asked to speak to corporate Jason Steenberg the manager of the tualatin commercial truck location said he is corporate and that I will have to deal with him, Hmm…That’s weird. Well This was the only location I have ever had an issue with. I have rented from enterprise for seven plus years and am very disappointed on how my business account was handled. So maybe the right people will see this to help make positive changes and maybe not. Only thing I do know is I will be forwarding this situation to seek legal counsel for the harassment that was received and unethical business practices. My recommendation is to Never rent from tualatin enterprise. Not all enterprise locations are bad, Just this one. Exotics in Beaverton and any other location is wonderful. Also have them print out a rental agreement because they won’t email it to you even though they say they will. Again this review is only for the Tualatin location in Oregon specifically the truck rentals and Jason Steenberg. How is was ever hired as a manager is unimaginable. Even after returning the truck he called and texted after the fact he was instructed not to and informed to only communicate thru email. Again especially if you are a female and have a family Don’t Rent from him. For your safety and the safety of your family, he may show up at your home unannounced even if you haven’t given your home address and it isn’t on the contract. He gets it from you Drivers License. Again don’t rent from this location!

I’m rather disappointed with Enterprise’s operations as a whole, however both Ben and Kyle at this location were incredibly helpful when our employees rental truck broke down and stranded him across country. They were proactive, respectful, and very empathetic with the situation despite having very limited remediation options available to them in company policy. The four stars are solely due to their customer service.

No vehicles to rent and they don't answer their phones so had to drive there just to find this out.

There accomodations are amazing, and the people that run the place are top notch. The quality of there vehicles are impeccable, and I want to recommend Enterprise truck rental to all my contacts and anyone in need of a rental

Plan for extra time if you're getting a truck with hitch. Our appointment was at 4: 30 for pickup, but we were running late and they closed early. So we went back the next morning, where we discovered that the truck already had 60 miles on it and the wrong kind of hitch. Luckily, we were able to take care of it at the u-haul nearby.

Always great service at the Tualatin location. I had some feedback about online registration and they listened and we're concerned. Thx! Looking forward to my trip at the end of the month.

Just returned the rental truck and was dealing with Jason, the manager. How he is the manager there blows my mind. He is rude, condescending, sneaky, and lied multiple times. Refusing to give us information for his manager and it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of compensation. When he finally decided to compensate he tried to be sneaky and add an extra day to the reservation. I will never rent from enterprise again.

Called to secure a truck. Instead ofJason putting me on the schedule, asked to call me back to ensure it would be available when I needed it, although he knew I could have it any time of the day, I just was requesting early morning. Never called back. STILL hasn't called me back! Yes, I know I can call back. The point is that he is not and this cs lately is just way out of hand at lagging. Got on TURO. People will rent you their work trucks. Secured my truck through TURO.

Thoughtful, timely service, and a first-rate (almost new!) truck at a good price. This is perhaps my 4th (but not last) truck rental from here.
