Easy to schedule. Good communication. Got the job done. They left a huge mess, though. I didn't notice until well after they left. May be worth inquiring ahead of time if you want to know what to expect.

These guys are EXCELLENT! Super friendly, easy to deal with, did a fantastic job and they're really thorough. It's clear how much this company cares about the work they do and making sure that your home is safe and free of cancer-causing chemicals. We have a 2 year old who plays a lot in the finished basement. Knowing that we are radon free gives us great peace of mind. I would recommend Environmental Works LLC over and over again!

I was very impressed with the service environmental works offered. They were through and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. The prices and charges for their services were very reasonable. I would recommend their service. They provided us with a tank sweep and also a soil test. The results were given to us quickly.

Other than one minor complaint I had when they drug my canvas hose and wand through the mud and didnt clean it up, especially when all they needed to do was run the hose along the deck instead of through the mud in the first place, everyone was quite nice and the job was completed as proposed.

Mark was patient and clear when answering my questions related to the home inspection. I'm not handy and this is my first house, so I'm very grateful for this! He was always very respectful of my time, showing up early to complete the exterior inspection and get us out earlier than expected. Finally, he emailed the report to me the next day, including the awesome PowerPoint he put together (complete with pictures!). Great customer experience.

Estimate / Bid came in significantly lower than other companies, work was completed quickly and professionally, radon mitigation levels seem to be much improved.

They came out and gave us estimates within 3 days of my initial inquiry regarding a radon mitigation and sewer repair estimates. Their prices were reasonable. We scheduled the radon work, but they weren’t available for the timeframe we needed for sewer repair, so we selected another contractor. Good communication, work was completed on schedule. Would use them again!

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and were willing to change it at the last minute if need be. A stress-free part of the otherwise stressful process of home buying.
