Have not had a pedicure since before COVID. Am getting ready for our wedding so figured why not. I asked for the Felix and it lasted 75 min. It was amazing. Thank you!

I found the last three times in. Pricey but good products. But if you want someone to talk back to you, you'll need to fish for your girl.

I told the lady TWICE that I wanted a regular pedicure, emphasized that I wanted no gel polish. She did the deluxe or whatever with the gel and when I told the lady at the counter, I was still forced to pay. I feel taken advantage of. I also got acrylic nails which are nice but crooked and way overpriced. I spent $136 here for what was supposed to be a regular pedicure and acrylic nails. When I was getting my nails done, the technician was on the phone the whole time.rushing the work and getting annoyed with me if I put my hand back in the dryer but she wasn’t communicating so how was I supposed to know? I wanted to give this place a chance but didn’t like my experience here.

I have been here a few times and was always disappointed because the employees were kinda rude and would rush through, usually doing a sloppy or okay job. I gave it another chance today since it close to my house. I called ahead and they said come on over. Once I got there the women was rude and had me sit down at a station. I sat and waited for 20 minutes and was ignored so I left. I'm not really picky as I just get a basic Manicure or Pedicure but with so many nails shops in Portland, this place is a waste of time.

The salon is dirty and cluttered and disorganized. I left in the middle of my fill because the owner seemed annoyed and aggressive. I told her to finish without painting so I could get out of there. She (of course) charged me the full total including gel. Whatever I paid it and left. I do not recommend this salon.
