So happy we switched! Finally have auto insurance again where we actually have an agent who worked with us to get not only the best deal cost wise but what really fits our family. I feel confident that if we need to use our insurance that Eric and his team will be right there to assist us and we won’t have to talk to some random person…it is truly comforting to KNOW who you are going to work with when you need to use your insurance!
I would give them less but the agent who helped me open the account (Adrian) which is no longer there definitely deserves the start however since he’s no longer there -2 starts is the case. This is by far been the worst WORST agency I’ve worked with. Costumer service is horrible. They could care less if you leave or stay. Let me remind you that you eat because of your costumers. And if you don’t like customer service you can get another job and stop making people deal with you attitude. Never coming back.
