Exceptionally poor service with multiple errors despite me contacting them many times to correct these errors. I’ve been overcharged for 4 months, my address was not changed as I requested, my insurance cards were not corrected when they left off 2 numbers of my VIN… go elsewhere.

Very unhappy with this branches service. They gave me inaccurate information at every turn. It seemed like they were doing what’s easiest for them not for me. I had a total loss claim, when my check reached their office they told me I needed the physical copy of the title of my car (that the bank owned). After I got the bank to transfer the title they said I needed to wait for the title to arrive at their office in California. I called the claims department and they told me there was an easy form to fill out that would solve that issue. I had to wait another 5 days to get my check and when I did I asked about a direct deposit, they told me there would be no holds on the physical check and a deposit would take 3 days. I called a different office and they told me a direct deposit would have been instant. Unfortunately this is after I deposited the check that will be held for 10 days. I will be getting my money a total of 15 days later and will be without a car in the meantime.

Canceled my insurance with almost no warning even though I had a clean driving record. They were extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend against getting insurance through State Farm.

Honestly, I had an amazing experience. Kelton was the agent who helped me and he was wonderful. I started off with just getting renters insurance than I ended up switching my auto because whatever magic he worked, my rate went down, which is what everyone wants. Plus the amount of times I forgot to call him back when I said I would and for the simple fact I thought his name was Jake for a bit. I'm kind of surprised he still stuck around and kept being helpful and informative. So five star review and Kelton is an awesome agent!

Was with Nationwide paying an outrageous price for car insurance before Kelton helped me out and got my insurance incredibly lower plus I got renters insurance! Every time I have an issue or a question he is extremely quick to respond and very professional about it. I would highly recommend him if anyone needs a lower quote or just a question answered!

Always friendly has been very helpful! When we had to file a claim they were very helpful!
