Eugene Pioneer Cemetery reviews
5So many memories here. A lovely space that is both quiet and filled with voiceless screaming at the same time. I wish people wouldn't vandalize the headstones. Everyone deserves to be remembered.
As far as above ground goes you find a nice all around cemetery experience here. Not 5 stars, but nice enough. There's plenty to keep busy with, or if you just want to stare off into the distance then that works here too. Below ground I don't know and I haven't heard back from anyone. If you really want the 5 star experience you want burial at sea. Dinner and a show. Well, you're the dinner, but there's a great show, and lots of travel. I bet you get what you pay for buried top of Everest.
The pioneer cemetery contains a large amount of graves from the early 1800s-1900s. If you’re looking for the founders of Eugene, you’ll have to go to the Eugene Masonic Cemetery off of 24th. This is more of an ambling, historic stroll through a small park. It’s maintained by the University, although they’ve tried to bulldoze it time and time again for more dormitories. It’s also a nice short cut to take by bike if you want a brief, curvy ride. Love this place, I run through here once a week easy.
This historical cemetery is a beautiful and quiet space nestled on the southern edge of the University of Oregon Campus.
The ocean coast in Oregon is very beautiful photos and see photos of cemeteries are nice and peaceful and pretty and cool
