Eugene Tire Center reviews
8 Absolutely amazing! Husband and I needed our front tires replaced quickly and were recommended this shop by another.
Glad we came! Got in and out quickly without a heavy dent in our bank and the gentleman working were very kind and had great service.
Will recommend to anyone how needs it! Thank you
The people are friendly and professional. They are very experienced and efficient. Had one walk in customer ahead of me and was no more than 15 minutes. Had a tire patch done in 10 minutes for $20. Very good price. Very good quality work.
Called all around Eugene and Springfield and no one had any tires I could afford. Was referred to this place by another tire shop and I am so thankful for that. They had the tires I needed and were able to install them for a great price and SUPER FAST! We will definitely be back again!
Today I learned installing wheels & tires on an EV isn't possible for some tire places. Considering the Model Y is the world's best selling car in 2023, as well as America's No. 1 passenger car and second best-selling USA vehicle overall in 2023, that doesn't bode well for this business. Quoting an email I got inquiring on replacing the wheels & tires for my Model Y:
"I'm sorry, we do not work on or have any experience on Teslas and aren't able to help you. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a wonderful day. "
This place was dope. Had called 6 other shops about doing a simple tire rotation and brake pad replacement and everyone was either booked up till next week or had to replace the whole rotor which was not necessary. Silly les schwabs. Go here this place is great
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE LESS THAN ONE STAR. I WOULD. I took my car to the Eugene Tire Center because they also do transmissions and inspections. I dropped my car off early in the morning when they opened and received a call around 3pm saying it would be ready to go in 30 minutes. I do live about an hour and a half away from Eugene so I got myself and my son ready and left our home. On the way there I received a phone call from the front desk receptionist letting me know they were closing at 5: 30pm instead of their usual closing time that google and their website states, which is 6pm. I was going to be there around 5: 45pm to pick up my car and I explained that but the head mechanic was unbelievably rude and kept talking over me. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and that he was leaving at 5: 30pm and that was the end of that. I had to RACE there to get my car before closing time. When I got there they said they couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with it, and I knew this just wasn't true. I grew up around mechanics. I know when something is wrong! So I took my car to a Point S shop in Keizer Oregon and GUESS WHAT.there was quite a few things wrong with it! One of those things being my front struts going bad! I would advise anyone who needs any type of mechanical or transmission work done to not take your car here. This was the worst experience I've ever had!
Literally the fastest place I've ever been too! Locally owned business, Friendly owner, Super fair prices, & Quick as hell. I'll definitely be coming back for future repairs!
