Evergreen Indian Cuisine reviews
17Excellent food! The spinach paneer is the best I've ever had. The price for this level of quality & quantity is amazing! Would recommend to anyone, especially if you are as obsessed with Indian food as I am. Even my 1 year old loves it
The food is prepared exceptionally The staff is on point. We love this place! Thank you can we have one for some
I was informed by a rude employee that all their vegetarian entrees contained dairy, but later discovered that they label a bunch of there entrees vegan, including one that explicitly says it contains cheese, so they are definitely mislabeling items.
Highly disappointed with the items. They added red chilli paste to make the items spicy which ruined the taste for every single dish. Chicken pakoras have almost no chicken pieces in them. Paneer cubes in Mutter paneer curry are rubbery. We couldn’t eat any single dish.
It's not perfect in every way but in every way that matters to me in order to enjoy myself, I can't complain at all. I tend to go here and next door often. They are two of my favorites in all of Eugene and Springfield. I hear from other tables sometimes about something wrong with there order but I've never had that issue and do recommend this place.
My family and I went here for lunch and had high expectations. Evergreen didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, and our server was very friendly. The wait for our food was a bit long, maybe 15-20 minutes, but it was worth the wait. I am hoping that they bring back their lunch buffet because their food was amazing. We are looking forward to the next time we go back for a delicious meal.
Disappointed that they have discontinued their lunch buffet. Today they were were understaffed, and service was not up to par.
Best Indian food around. The daily soups and dals from the dinner never disappoint. Highly recommend
Lots of space, somewhat slow service due to the number of tables and lots of menu items. Ordering a la carte does mean then the food is made from fresh ingredients and prepared right away. The food was tasty and plentiful, although prices were on the expensive side for meat (lamb),
Returned again in 2023 and loved the palak paneer, the chicken Korma, the chicken vindaloo (very good chicken and nice pieces of potatoes) and the goat curry was excellent.
Samosa was crispy, well filled along with tamarind, coconut, cilantro sauce.
Very good service.
Absolutely delicious food. You can't go wrong eating here. Everything is so flavorful and really nice portions.
Absolutely delightful. Portions are generous. Prices are a little high, but the quality is superb.
Wow, the food was amazing! Service was great as well. Everyone was nice and again food was delicious
I ordered my food on doordash and left a 2 star review which I cannot change. I ordered a mild spice, vegetable curry, and right after submitting that review on DoorDash, I found the spiciest pepper that I’ve ever had in my whole life. There’s a few that I’ve picked out so far. It already had no flavor, now I have to keep an eye out for spice bombs: (
Great restaurant. Not very spicy. They have both north and south Indian food such as Dosai, idly, gobi Manchurian, biryani
This is some of the best Indian food I’ve had in the US. A completely unexpected treat. The meat and veggie options were all very fresh and “spicy” was actually spicy. Can’t recommend this enough!
Possibly the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Certainly the best on the West Coast. I’m not sure what the Karens are going on about re: service. It might be a little on the slow side, but it’s worth the wait. The mixed tandoori is a very generous portion, great for sharing.
